Dieses einzigartige, historische Anwesen bietet 3 separate Cottages, die alle zusammen gemietet werden. Es liegt nur wenige Schritte von Restaurants und Geschäften in der Innenstadt von Morro Bay entfernt. Alle drei Häuser sind komplett renoviert und einzigartig, möbliert und dekoriert, passend zum Jahr der Fertigstellung des Gebäudes. Das gesamte Anwesen ist wunderschön mit Steinwegen, Felsenbächen und unzähligen Obst- und Zitrusbäumen angelegt. In zentraler Lage in der Stadt können Sie über die Straße gehen, um Ihre morgendliche Tasse Kaffee zu trinken, oder innerhalb weniger Minuten zum Wasser spazieren. Die Unterkunft befindet sich nur 3 Blocks vom Embarcadero entfernt. Sie befinden sich auch in bester Lage, da die Bauernmärkte am Samstagnachmittag direkt vor Ihrer Haustür liegen.

We had a 3 generations reunion with 5 staying there and hosted local family. Perfect outdoor shared space right in town and just a few blocks from the harbor. The fire pit was great and the cottages well equipped.

Just perfect! Wonderful property for all age groups. We had a great week and were sad to leave. Main house is large enough for everyone to be together then separate at night to sleep. Great outdoor back yard area for the kids to play and plenty of front yard people watching space. Would not hesitate to book this property again.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here so much. We loved the location of staying right in town and walking everywhere we needed to. We also loved the privacy in each of the homes with the shared space of the patio and fire pit areas. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location and property

We loved the cottage concept - very nice to have a central shared area between each of our rooms. All three houses were excellent, definitely a little aged but I think it enhanced the historic feel of the houses. Awesome location in the middle of downtown!

Great Spot in Morro Bay

Wonderful large well-planned property with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for guests/families. Smack in the middle of Main St. : great local businesses, food, and bars within a block or two. Embarcadero is a short walk away [uphill though]. Only drawback is parking , but it is manageable.

Great visit

Our family spent a very enjoyable week in these 3 cabins. Their location is super - we could walk to the port, pop across the street for a coffee or pizza or simply sit in the cute yard and relax. The cabins were all super cosy, comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed having the 3 cabins for privacy and being able to easily come together as a larger family for meals, etc. All in all, I already miss being on vacation in this great rental!

The good and the bad

Excellent location. Fun to have so many good coffee shops, restaurants and shops out our front door.The houses need redecorating, dark and worn. Could be so cute. Poor lighting and barely adequate kitchens. No place inside to sit down more then 5 to eat together. Not a Premier Host.Management company excellent and responsive. Fixed lighting as much as possible and oven issues.Loved Morro Bay. It is special place.

Jean, Thank you for staying with us this summer and for sharing your experience. I am quite sad that after hosting you for three weeks and our efforts to assist you with the various requests you made throughout your stay, we didn't earn a better rating. It is important that I clarify a few things for other travelers. The home is made up of three cottages, each tastefully decorated to match the year that particular cottage was built. The means that much of the decor is antique and themed to match the history of the home. If we redecorated, it would lose its charm! But mattresses, bedding, sofas, appliances, etc are all new. The lighting issues that Jean encountered were with exterior censored lights that are motion triggered, and some bedroom fan/light combos that we worked so hard to explain the correct operation of. Lastly, it is true that the only place for dining larger groups is outside, but there is a dining set on the central patio to seat 10. However, this is disclosed in the advertising. Jean, we are glad that you love Morro Bay and the location of this home. We worked very hard to help meet your needs and enjoyed hosting you. Thank you, URelax Vacation Rental Management

We had a very good time at this lovely and charming place. Everything we needed was available, and we had very fast and competent help with the little WiFi problem we had at first. Morro bay is such a nice place and everything is in walking distance. We can highly recommend these houses for a group or a big family. We can't wait to come back.

Our stay was lovely, everyone was very comfortable and loved being able to walk to just about everywhere we needed to go. Having separate little houses made it feel private and large. We used just about every spot we could enjoying the houses during the day and spending the nights around the fire pit. Just about everything we needed was here and very easy to follow all directions.

Well located multi-structure property

This is our second time staying in this property. It works well for our friend group who likes to vacation together. There are 3 structures on the property, so people can join the group or get away as desired. It's located on Main Street so there is plenty of activities within walking distance and access to many interesting destinations within driving distance.

Celebration of Life Trip

Came down to host a celebration of life ceremony for my mom in Los Osos where she is now buried with my dad. My family of four along with my 90 year old mother in law, two sister in laws and brother in law (8 of us) all stayed very comfortably in the three cottages. It was a beautiful weekend experience given the reason we were there-my mom would have lived the place! Thank you!

Cute compound. Parking was lacking (street parking only). Needs some improvements such as safety rails for showers. The studio apartment lacked heating and lost power our last day. A few windows don’t lock. The tub showers need shampoo shelves.

Family trip

The place was nice, the only thing that we didn't like is that there was no shampoo or conditioner in any restroom, so you have to take your own. Usually when you rent a home they provide all that stuff, so we had to go to a supermarket to get some. We also had to go get coffe and sugar cause that also wasn't provided, even hotels have that. Everything else was good, we had a great family time and enjoyed the walking distance from the shops etc.

Morro Bay stay

The main house is quaint. It is nice to have separate quarters for sleeping, especially if it is more than just family. Nice to have a coffee shop close by. The best part of the area was Abe, the owner of the wood-fire pizza place. What a generous and friendly man. I was surprised by the street parking situation, even though it advertised the street parking. . The trees made a mess of the vehicles. Didn't like that the gate entrance provided access to anyone.

August in Morro Bay

The cleaning staff is excellent. All three dwellings were very clean upon our arrival. There were two minor issues - a missing coffee pot and a broken heater. I contacted a representative from the rental agency about the issues. The representative delivered a coffee pot and a space heater. The space heater was necessary as the heater could not be repaired during our stay. I was impressed with the friendly and prompt response from the representative. The rental agency representatives provided excellent communication throughout the entire rental process. A vacation rental option that provides three separate dwellings on the same lot is a rare find on Vrbo. My friends and I very much appreciated being able to retreat to our respective dwellings when we needed alone time and being able to gather in the shared courtyard when we wanted to socialize. The landscaping includes lemon and apple trees as well as rosemary plants. It was nice to have fresh apples for snacks and lemons and rosemary to use when grilling seafood on the outdoor grill. The shared courtyard includes one table with four chairs, a long table with enough space and chairs to accommodate 12 people, and a grill with two full propane tanks. The courtyard is a lovely space for grilling and dining. There is no garage for parking, so renters must park on the street. The street parking is two hour parking from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This was not a problem for our group as we were out and about during the days.

Great Morro Getaway

The property was really nice and right in town. You could walk to coffee, shops and the pier. The beach is just a short 5 min car ride away or a 15 min walk. A couple of things though just for anyone who is considering staying here. The studio is only built for 2 people. Its super cute and bright and has an awesome little kitchen. The main house is older and has its charm but if you don't like squeaky floors when you are trying not to wake people up as you walk by then this might be an issue (especially problematic when you try to go to the bathroom at night). Kitchen is awesome and has all the essentials. Dishwasher had an issue loading the soap because the door wouldn't open when it was cycling through the wash. The other "cabin" is very rustic and dark. We had 2 young girls that didn't like how dark it was so we all crammed into the main house. Also at the end of the property there was an Airstream that was just hanging out but was hooked up to an adjacent property so someone was living on site. This was never disclosed and a little odd. They need to install a fence to make this property a little more "private". Also not enough toilet paper was provided between all the cabins (fyi, bring extra TP if you have girls, we had 3 moms and 3 girls). Other than that Morro has an amazing community and everyone around the neighborhood welcomed us with open arms. From Legends bar, to Abe and his amazing pizzas (practically your next door neighbor) We had an amazing time.

Multi Family Getaway Weekend

Wonderful property for multiple families! 3 separate units made it easy to spend time together, while still having privacy and space. Very clean homes, comfortable beds and well equipted kitchens. Firepit was nice and had plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy smores. Location gave us premium walkable access to restaurants, embarcadero and Morro Rock!
