With an area of 190 m², the farmhouse offers:

Bedroom 1: with 2 single beds (or 1x180), cupboard, private bathroom with shower, vanity unit and WC.
Bedroom 2: with a 140 cm bed, chest of drawers, cupboard, bathroom with bathtub, furniture, washbasin and toilet.

Upstairs:
Bedroom 3: with a 140 cm bed, wardrobe
Bedroom 4: with a 140 cm bed, wardrobe

A baby cot and a high chair are available. Non-smoking. Pets are welcome, only on request..

Swimming pool: private secured by an audible alarm. Opening 180/4 to 03/10. Dimensions: 8mx4m. Depth: 1m50 (flat bottom). 8 deckchairs and 2 sunshades available.
Land: An exceptional environment with pine trees, olive trees, a view of the Alpilles and hiking trails around the property.
To the north, a dominant view of Saint Rémy de Provence.

Please note:
A caretaker lives on the property and works outside all day. His house is semi-detached on the north side of the house, only the access is common and he has his own outside space.
