We had a great stay, very close to Walmart, close to Disney, and not to far from Universal Studios. We liked the small store in the clubhouse that included a grill with many food options. Walmart does deliver directly to the house too. It is a gated community but once you check in and get your pass, it is easy to get in and out. We did have a couple of issues and the host responded quickly. The only item 2 items that we would list to be aware is there are only 2 towels and wash clothes in each bathroom, we had 6 people so we did have to wash daily and the other was the down stairs A/C heater was set to a schedule so it would rest to preset temperature at certain times, not a major problem, just have to adjust when the time resets.

Family get away

The place was great for our family to just relax and spend time together. We enjoyed the home’s pool and resort pool, playground and rec room. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/cookware for the meals we prepared. We had groceries delivered and barely left the property at all during our five night stay.

Wonderful family vacation spot!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Lots of space, good pool area, great splash pad and resort pool area. House had everything we needed. Had a few minor issues that were taken care of immediately and therefore did not affect our vacation.

Paradise in Florida

One of the cleanest, best stocked vrbo we have ever rented! Plenty of space for the whole family. Craig was the best to work with, he made us feel like family! We would definitely be recommend this property and hope to visit again soon.

Great Place!

We had a great time during our stay at Craig’s place! The house was clean and well appointed; however, I was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool area. Not a huge deal for us since the main pool at the clubhouse is really nice and Craig’s house is just a short walk away, but definitely worth mentioning. Overall, Craig’s house is perfect for a family that needs space, the proximity to Disney is amazing, and the Windsor Hills community is fantastic! Highly recommend!

Excellent!

We stayed here for a weeklong Disney trip. The house was just as expected from the listing. Craig was very helpful and responded quickly. Everything was clean and was perfect for what we needed. Kitchen was well organized and the extra baby gear was helpful. Would absolutely plan to stay here again, only 15 minutes to every Disney parking lot. Thanks Craig and Karen!

The communication was outstanding. The property was clean and furnished with kitchen supplies and an ample amount of towels. The only problem was that the air hockey table didn’t work. But that wasn’t a deal breaker. We will stay here again.

Great House!

This property is beautiful! Everything is fresh and clean. The furniture and bedding look brand new. The kitchen is very well equipped, including a crock pot and a griddle! The grill is large and new. Our trip included several big teenage boys and we couldn't hear them upstairs from downstairs- insulation is great. The neighborhood provided our boys lots of fun activities including basketball, sand volley ball, pool tables and more. Daily garbage pick up was so helpful. The owners of this property answered any emails I sent very quickly, professionally and thoroughly. We have plans to stay here again in the future!

Perfect for our family!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was just what our group of 11 (7 adults 4 kids) needed. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and we never felt crowded. Our son is military so our family doesn’t get together all at once very often. We wanted a place where our grandchildren could play and make memories… and they did that! The pool was the “main attraction”. They used it daily! They loved the Mickey themed rooms and the playroom. They would get quite loud in the playroom but we could hardly hear them from the main living space. They got to enjoy the playroom without disturbing everyone else. The house truly felt like home all week. It was warm and inviting. It allowed us to make so many special memories with our children and grandchildren. My grandma heart is full from watching my grandchildren have so much fun! The location was perfect! We were only10 minutes from the WDW entrance and less than 5 minutes from Walmart. Craig was such a kind and caring host. He was so easy to work with and kindly answered any questions I had. He truly is a 5 star host! We for sure would stay again and recommend him to our friends! The only thing I would change is a little more down time. We were so busy we didn’t get to use the water slides. Thank you Craig for such a positive experience! You have a beautiful home!

Beautiful property

Family- me, DH, kid (6), baby (1), grandparents, grandparents, my sister and her husband. The place is beautiful. Comfortable furnishing. Beautiful theming. My husband and I stayed in the king bed. Baby slept in the pack n play provided. My parents took the other king, no bathroom. My son took the bunk bed. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. The game room was quite nice and my 6 yo enjoyed air hockey and basketball. It’s an easy walk to the community pool and park. One suggestion- heat the pool. I thought being 80 degrees during the day that greenhouse would bake the pool. It’s actually the opposite and keeps it cool so you do need to heat the pool. The only negative is that the kitchen is very poorly stocked. They need everything in there. Coffee mugs, pots, trashbags. I definitely thought pantry essentials, shampoo, and detergent meant more would be provided. The management company provides 2 pods for dishes for a week. I felt like I called them every day for something. But they were very responsive and delivered oven mitts immediately even though they were closed Sunday. Luckily it’s super close to Walmart but you’ll need to buy everything. We did not check into the park shuttles as we drove but Windsor Hills is very close. An easy drive to the parks and a drive thru Starbucks very close. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home!

This was a beautiful house, and a wonderful place to stay. The house was spacious, very clean, and had many bonuses such as the games in the garage, and the water park, and the community pool and water slides were a highlight. Very safe neighbourhood and so close to Disney. Craig and the management team were so easy to communicate with. Very prompt and helpful. We would stay in this home again and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you, Craig, for making the rental process so easy.

Perfect Relaxing Home Base

We enjoyed the amenities Windsor Hills and this home had to offer. It was spacious enough for the 6 of us to spread out and enjoy some quiet down time after a few long days at the theme parks. Kids loved the clubhouse pool and waterslides! Our only downside was that, unlike several other rentals we have stayed at, the pantry was not stocked with common spices so you had to buy or bring everything which made cooking tasty meals a bit more challenging.
