In the event that you are missing something from one of our homes, we ask that you contact us so we can make sure you have everything that you need. As far as the owner coming to the property, we are always upfront with our guest, the owner has reserved the right to check on the property at any time during the stay. We are sorry to hear that you encountered some dust. We pride ourselves in making sure that the homes are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly between each guest. Our rules say that we allow pets, however, our pictures of the property show that there isn’t any grass. We are sorry to hear that this caused you an inconvenience. Our check out rules state that guests must strip the beds, leave the linens on the beds and put towels and washcloths on the prospective bathroom floor, this helps us ensure that each room is cleaned thoroughly. We ask the trash to be removed and put out to the road to again, help us ensure the house is cleaned. We apologize that you were not satisfied with your stay.
