Great location.
Our host was so sweet. Took good care of us. Will never forget the kindness. I gave it a 4 star because the listing was confusing. I thought I was checking into a place with a sofa as well as a daybed. The pictures I saw in my listing matched everything except that. But love Parma and host was amazing.

Confortable et très bien situé.
Cet appartement confortable, rénové et très fonctionnel a répondu à nos attentes. Une cuisine bien équipée comme à la maison.
L’appartement est à deux pas du Duomo et des restaurants pour tout visiter sans prendre la voiture. Nous avons stationné la voiture en face de l’appartement.
L’accueil de Michele a été chaleureux. Il nous a donné des informations en grandes quantités afin de rendre notre séjour agréable.

Great apartment, location, city and owner
The owner met with us upon checking in, and told us everything that we needed to know about the place. He also made some excellent recommendations for restaurants -- which we followed and loved. He left breakfast items for us, and had a map on the wall to show us where everything was. Great location that is close to everything in the city. Great, clean, comfortable and well-supplied place.

Cozy, clean and great location
We had a great 4 day stay at this place. All major attractions in the city are within walking distance, a cute convenience store nearby and parking was effortless.
The owner is very caring and helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Wonderful stop on our Italy tour
Thank you Michele for your wonderful hospitality and accommodation. The location of your apartment was ideal and we appreciated the thought you took t leave us some refreshments, parking passes and the big map on the wall letting us know where everything was located.

Wonderful experience
Michele excels as host and went over and above expectations. He even fixed the strap on my suitcase!
We loved the coffee Nepresso machine and the wonderful things for breakfast that he provided.
We would stay here again on future visits to Parma.

A wonderful experience!
My stay in Michele’s apartment was wonderful - great location on a quiet street in the historic area of Parma. Michele was there to meet me when I arrived to provide a detailed overview of how things worked (shower, appliances, garbage pick-up, etc.). He also checked on me while I was there - and arranged for a taxi when I left. The apartment’s amenities were terrific - especially the well-stocked kitchen. Grazie mille, Michele, for being such a marvelous host!

Muy recomendable
Ha sido un acierto elegir la casa de Michelle para pasar 4 días en Parma.
El emplazamiento es muy cómodo, a 5 minutos andando del Duomo, lo que permite ir caminando sin problemas a todos los lugares del Centro Histórico.
El aparcamiento queda resuelto con tickets de día completo (6 euros) o de medio día (3'5 euros) que Michelle puso a nuestra disposición
Muy tranquila y silenciosa, la casa da al patio central de todas las casas de esta zona de Italia
Michelle ha sido "gentilisimo" y superamable con nosotros
La casa tiene todo el equipamiento necesario para utilizarla en desayunos y cenas y Michelle puso a nuestra disposición varias atenciones de café, croissants, zumo,...

Casa super comoda e centrale
La casa è molto carina e funzionale, piena di ogni tipo di comfort e il proprietario una persona molto gentile e disponibile.
La comodità dei 2 bagni, la cucina funzionale e la posizione centrale fanno di questa casa una delle migliori che io abbia mai affittato per le vacanze su questo sito.

muy adecuado, recomendable
propietarios muy agradables, serviciales. Un punto positivo para los españoles es que ella habla un español correctísimo
la localización del apartamento es muy buena-céntrica y con una limpieza general exquisita y una decoración estupenda
Cuando regresemos a Parma, seguro que repetiremos alojamiento. hemos acertado de pleno con la elección

Great space and a fantastic location!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Parma and the owner was a fantastic host. A lovely space that was well appointed and very comfy. We look forward to our next stay in Parma!
