The unit was very clean. Appliances, furniture, etc in good working condition. Appreciate plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets, dish soap etc. I did want to mention we found a large spider climbing on the living room chair. Not an expert but when we looked it up online it may have been a brown recluse spider. May need a special exterminator. Saw no other bugs. Unit does need a tea pitcher. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay during a local conference, beautiful home and very comfortable for the whole family. There were even a few toys that my kids enjoyed playing with.

Loved the short walk walk to the incredible beach. Condo was awesome, great view of the pool. Short drive to downtown for groceries, restaurants, coffee shops. Have never been here before - will return!!

Great spot near the beach!

Loved staying at this condo near the beach. We were there for a wedding and it was the perfect place for our friends. Great access to the pool, beach, Ritz Carlton, etc. Well stocked kitchen and has beach chairs, a wagon, etc. The bathrooms need updating upstairs, but otherwise a great rental.

Charming Condo Steps from the Ocean

This is a beautifully appointed condo, overlooking the pool and steps from the beautiful beach. It was clean, and the management company was easy to work with. Extremely easy check in and check out. Really nice kitchen. I definitely recommend it!

Best rental yet

We have four kids and eight grands and are aways renting condos. This was a tie for first place but we will forever only use stay better vacations. The service is tenfold other companies.

Great place to spend time with friends or family.

Property manager was great to work with. We had a request prior to arriving and she took care of it for us. The unit was stocked with everything we needed for a great time. The community is quiet and family friendly with the pool close by and the beach a quick walk past the pool. Check in and check out is quick and easy. We hope to return in the future.

Wonderful Property

Everything about our condo was fantastic. It was clean, very comfortable and spacious enough for 6 adults. The location was a very short walk to the beach -- close enough to scramble inside quickly when thunderstorms developed. Any questions we had were very quickly answered. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. It was wonderful to be able to have a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. We love vacationing on Amelia Island and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very Good

Location and grounds were beautiful. Gorgeous beach. Beach chairs and towels were provided. Condo had lots of space. Kitchen, living room and bedrooms were great. The bathrooms need help, especially the one downstairs. Had ring around the toilet in several places and the fixtures in the bathtub were all rusty. Not sure where the bugs came from, but ended up with 14 mosquito bites overnight. Also small knats in bathtub every morning.

Wonderful in every way

This rental has it all. Perfect location. Perfect amenities. We absolutely fell in love. This will be our new family vacation get-away. The rental was ready and waiting for us to arrive. Very clean. Very well kept. We didn’t bring any beach chairs or a cart to haul our stuff to the beach and was very well surprised that everything was provided for us to use. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

Comfortable and nicely decorated. (Carpeting should be replaced next.) Conveniently located. Would stay here again. A dish drainer would have been helpful… Downstairs toilet started acting up on last day. Bowl taking long time to refill with water. Sister-in-law lost silver earring right before leaving. Please let us know if it is found.

A good rental

Attractive. Great access to beautiful beach. Nice location by pool but there was construction on pool that week and we could not sit there. Host did not know that it would be happening. TV malfunctioned twice, but Stacie was quick in responding and figuring out how to fix. Beds All in all a good drentalvery comfortable. Unit could use some updating of kitchen utensils, pots and pans. For example, there was no flat baking pan and the can opener was rusted and extremely hard to use.

Ok place but did not exceed my expectations

The place was nice however it did not exceed our expectations Below is a list of nuisances which was not expected 1. Broken sliding mirror door in bedroom in the track. We could not use the closet because of the door 2. Broken patio sliding door in the track 3. Lower level toilet does not always work. Water either does not fill until I removed the cover several times to reset the floater 4. Outside screen ripped 5. Lower bathroom need a fresh coat of paint All these items led to unexpected problems that should not have occurred with proper maintenance checks

I'm sorry you did not make us aware of any issues until the hour of your departure. We would have been happy to send someone out to make the repairs. We sent the handyman after you left and he had everything fixed within an hour. Each guest receives a text the day after arrival asking if there are any issues and your reply was that everything was fine. It's hard to take care of things if guests don't let us know about them. Amelia Island paradise!

We loved our visit to Amelia island! This condo was a great place for our family of 6 and was spacious that we had room to spread out! Large bedrooms upstairs. Convenience of a large washer and dryer! Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the plantation shades on the windows. Access to beach was so nice, so close! Loved the area, and being secluded in the greenery and lush vegetation. Spanish moss just dripping off the trees and branches intertwined and mixed to create a canopy of green. We preferred this beach area compared to the main beach. Easy to get downtown to eat at restaurants and explore. We didn't have great weather for the first part of our trip but we still managed to explore the island and enjoy family time. Fort clinch state park was a must! The fort was so cool to explore and searching for shark teeth at the nearby beach was fun. Took a fishing charter with Amelia Fishing adventures with captain Jeremiah out for my husband and 2 boys and they had a great time and caught lots of fish and 2 baby sharks.. Took a beautiful sunset cruise (Amelia River Cruises) and saw so many dolphins and some wild horses! Sampled the ice cream around downtown and got our fill of eating shrimp and mahi! When the sun did shine we had some great beach days with some pretty big surf thanks to the previous storms so my teens loved the boogie boarding! We can't wait to come back and stay again. Gut: Check-in und Lage

Great access to beach, but construction put a damper on our trip

Beach access from this property was a 5 minute walk along the boardwalk/ramp directly onto the beach. This is by far the best part of the rental. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was not great due to the construction work on the balcony that was moved forward to the exact days of our stay (this was only brought to our attention after we checked in). This caused 2 full days of non-stop ear-splitting noise, as well as our entire 4 days without access to the balcony or ability to look out the windows due to the opaque covering. While the property manager and owner were apologetic and even provided substantial compensation (appreciated), I would have paid that money, or more, to make that noise stop - or at least to have been moved to another unit. Bottom line: I would not recommend staying here if there is any chance of construction. Even if not on this unit, any construction around the property will be very loud. Construction aside, the apartment was clean and well appointed. There was a supply of beach chairs (rusted and battered, but usable) and new-looking towels. The kitchen is quite small and got crowded when more than one person needed access to it. We were 4 adult and 2 kids, and the place, in general, felt a little crowded at times.

It is unfortunate that the construction started during your visit and we weren't alerted until literally the day of your arrival. The HOA was not very good at communicating and unfortunately there was nothing we could do about the situation. I'm glad the owners offered you a full refund and all you paid were the cleaning fees. We would have been happy to try to find you another unit to stay in, but it was made clear that you did not want to move. Again, we are sorry about the disruption to your vacation.
