Die KĆ¼che ist komplett ausgestattet mit Herd und Backofen, Mikrowelle und groƟem KĆ¼hlschrank. Der groƟartige Meerblick spitzt sich durch die GlasschiebetĆ¼r im Wohnzimmer. Auf dem Balkon stehen bequeme LiegestĆ¼hle und ein Tisch, der gerade groƟ genug ist, um eine Mahlzeit am Meer zu genieƟen. Die zwei Doppelklappbetten im Wohnzimmer wurden kĆ¼rzlich hinzugefĆ¼gt; Sie sind der perfekte Ort, um den groƟen 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher zu genieƟen. Great home base for a fun extended weekend

Beacherā€™s was a wonderful place to stay during our time in the area over the weekend. We were able to enjoy Dayton Beach, the Daytona race weekend, St. Augustine, and Blue Springs State Park (manatee viewing). Would highly recommend.

St Augustine Getaway Weekend

We truly enjoyed our stay in the condo. It had all that we needed and the view is worth a million dollars. It is close to downtown St Augustine. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great Location for a Small Family

This rental was a great fit for our small family of 4 (5y/o & 1y/o). It was very clean and had all the essentials. The Murphy beds were a hit and a great way to have space during the day. The pool and boardwalk to the beach made our days outside much easier when hauling everything you need for a day out. About 20 minutes away from St Augustine if you need a water break. Would recommend & truly enjoyed!

Great Condo

This condo was just perfect for the two us. The mattress was very comfortable and the unit was clean when we arrived. We loved the convenience to the beach. We would stay here again if we are in St Augustine.

Property was very nice and the management team was unbelievable. Also, the room was very clean and the Murphy beds were great for our family. The view from the balcony is worth the price to stay here!!! We would not hesitate to book this room again!!!

The complex is tired and needs remodeling I wouldnā€™t even use the 3rd floor ice machine The pool is nowhere near as big as the photos suggest. The beach is glorious. I would not rebook

Great for 2 people

Condo was great, I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2. 1 bedroom with king and 2 fold down twins in living room. We didn't need the fold down beds, but it would have been crowded if we did. Nice view and condo was clean. Definitely would stay again.

The building was clean, the pool area and grilling area was nice- charcoal Webber grills. Had laundry, ice machine and vending machines, as well as Landry detergent and sunscreen at the front desk. Pet friendly. Room was nice (very spacious compared to a hotel room) and well equipped to cook in and eat in if you wanted. This is our new vacation stay while in Florida.

Spring Break in St. Augustine

We had such a lovely stay! The unit is just like the photos, spotlessly clean with updated appliances. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! The pool is spacious and well kept, and the beach is beautiful and not crowded (at least for March). The laundry facilities are clean and efficient. The suite is close to area attractions and restaurants and just 20-30 minutes to the Old City, even with bridge traffic. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The bathroom smelled of urine the entire stay. The sliding door to the balcony was super hard to open and the handle actually broke off needing maintenance to come repair. There was sand in the bed sheets in the bedroom. No extra dish rags or paper towels on hand. The neighbors right across the hall were so loud and had a small dog that barked and howled a lot.

Unfortunately, there was a large maintenance project going on that caused noise, dust etc. We were told about the project before we arrived. The washers and dryers were not always working which was frustrating. There was several days of maintenance on them. The unit was fine. The Beachers'staff and the crew doing the maintenance tried to keep things clean and limit the disruption.

Not the best experience

Our main issue was that the air conditioner didn't keep up during our 2 night stay. It was set at 60 when we entered and maintained a temperature of what was probably 75-80. The unit on the balcony is also very loud. When I told the front desk, she said "ok?" . I felt this was a very unprofessional way to handle a guest who is voicing that they are uncomfortable during their stay. Also, we left something behind in the room and were unable to get in touch with the front desk or property manager after checking out which is very frustrating. (Once they got our money, the communication stopped). Beautiful view but that's all this place has offer!

Reviewer Comments: The room was comfortably furnished, but the second https://fb.watch/caycQAQ2Fh/ night we stayed there at around 10:30pm after the office had closed, otherwise we would have called, it sounded like someone was ripping pipes out of the wall, hammering scraping heavy object across floor. When we told the office about it the next morning, the managers response was she was sure it was the renters above us. We didnā€™t hear voices or music or footsteps it wasnā€™t renters, it sounded like repair work was being done. We lost a night and a day because we were dead tired and the management offered us nothing for our lost time and inconvenience. and the next morning we discovered the people next to us had trouble with their shower, we overheard and saw maintenance coming and going from there. So that was our second and last trip to this property.
