Diese Balkon-Suite im 2. Stock ist der perfekte Rückzugsort am Meer. Es ist ein großartiger Ort, wenn Sie separate Betten für Ihre Firma im Wohnzimmer benötigen. Diese Suite verfügt über zwei Doppel-Klappbetten im Wohnzimmer, für diejenigen, die es unangenehm finden würden, zusammen zu schlafen. Es gibt einen Flachbild-TV und die Aussicht kann vom Sofa oder den Murphy-Betten genossen werden. Der Balkon hat einen entzückenden Tisch für zwei Personen und einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem 4-Flammen-Herd und Backofen sowie einem separaten Bereich für den Küchentisch, dem perfekten Pelikanbarsch. The unit was Very dusty on All surfaces and needs a deep cleaning throughput with a thorough vacuuming and using crevice tools. There was waaay too much dust!

Reviewer Comments: The sliding glass door was broken and it was very hard to open for senior citizens like me. Also the last day I saw that our hot water heater had paint on top of the shelf in that room. A major safety hazard. I did not See the safety hazard until I was ready to check out. The overall appearance of the rental needs to have updates and and spruced up a little bit. I was very disappointed in the rental overall but the experience of being on the ocean was good.

Thankyou for sharing your insights, the water heater closet should have been locked, so we appreciate you bringing that to our attention. The summers are the busiest time of the year and we have a lot of visitors, so we do see wear and tear happen that we have to take care of in the slower times. This condo owner is very proactive and visits often to make sure all the details are touched up and looked after. We hope that we can welcome you back after the Fall refreshing!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Definitely enjoyed our view and room. Very happy the pool was clean, heated and warm on the warmer days! the downside was the obviously tired check in employee who started the process by asking if we smoke and warning us about all the other rules that required our initialing each one. One rule was that a refund would not be given if we left earlier than our reservation end date. Made us wonder if they have a lot of disgruntled customers. It was Not at all a welcoming greeting for our long awaited vacation. The other downside was the uphill trek to get up to the building. Ramps were available once you get to building , but you have to hunt for luggage carts above the ramps and then backtrack to car. Tiring! Grumpy employee and hardline rules will keep us from coming back.

Thankyou for your review Phyllis. These are individually owned condos, so our policy has always been no refunds for early departures, because the unit owner doesn't have a chance to rebook if you shorten your stay last minute. We require 48 hours notice to your arrival to change or cancel your reservation dates, this still only gives the owner of the unit a few days to rebook with last minute changes. These condos are part of a condo association, so unfortunately, there are property rules that we have to share with each guest and we have the registration form to show that we have gone over these property rules with each visitor. We typically don't have grumpy employees, so do let management know if you are not greeted or treated with courtesy during your stay.

Twin Murphy beds are great!I let the front desk know that the bedroom door had pulled away from the top hinge, so opening and closing the door was difficult. The coffee maker had burned coffee caked on the heating plate, also let the front office know. The filter in the bathroom vent was so clogged it sounded like a plane taking off. These are maintenance issues and don’t take away from the beauty of the unit. The owners have done a great job decorating and designing the layout. I would recommend this unit. Housekeeping didn’t have the kitchen table cleaned and left some cleaning products on the counter. I finished cleaning those few areas when we checked in. It happens, not a big deal.
