Die riesige private Veranda bietet einen eigenen Grill für diejenigen Abende, an denen Sie zu Hause zu Abend essen und dabei die Farben des Sonnenuntergangs und den Sternenhimmel bewundern möchten! Zwei Master-Suiten haben auch eine eigene Veranda und der RIESIGE BODENPLAN vermittelt das Gefühl, eher ein Haus als eine Eigentumswohnung zu sein. Genau wie zu Hause! Der berühmte Kaanapali Beach, der Black Rock zum Schnorcheln und das Whaler's Village mit exzellenten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und preisgekrönten Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. I'm guessing you're referring to the rice cooker--we did get a new one since the old one wasn't working for you. Sorry about that! And sorry the new one didn't show up in time--logistics can be tricky on the island. I hope you were able to use the slow cooker or stovetop to your satisfaction for the rice. We are also getting new stickers for that stovetop, fyi. The microwave, fridge and dishwasher were all new in 2025, so no worries there at least! This condo was lovely and comfortable and very well furnished. Only recommendation would be to change the entry system to a keypad. Having to put the key back in the lock box each time was tricky and led to us getting locked out on our first time! Monty was very accommodating and came to our rescue quickly!

Nice property. Very clean and well maintained. We found black rock beach to be amazing! Many nice restaurants and shopping nearby- specifically Whalers Village. The additional parking fee for a short stay was a surprise. We enjoyed our Maui stay.

The vacation stay was most pleasurable. All aspects of the accommodations were excellent! The place was clean, beautiful, and centrally located for local activities. I would recommend staying there to everyone.

Mahalo, Corbie--so happy you enjoyed your vacation! Yes, since we are close to shopping and restaurants, it does seem a bit touristy but, hopefully, the quiet end unit helped make up for some of that! Def quieter than the places right on the water. Thanks for the nice review!

Great Place to Stay!

Our family of 7 loved this place! Everyone was very accommodating and easy to work and communicate with! Very close to the beaches and shopping we loved! Central air is amazing and kept us cool! We would stay again for sure!

We live outside of Chicago but have always loved Hawaii, so we decided to look for a place there where we could spend winters when we retire. My husband works in sales for a large, international company and I am a registered nurse. We have three daughters and one son in law who also love Hawaii!

We went condo shopping for a place we could buy "some day". We were looking for condos by the water (but they were cost prohibitive) and we stumbled upon Kaanapali Royal. The condo we saw when we were shopping in the Q building needed a LOT of work and this one had people renting it so we couldn't see it. We bought this condo sight unseen (crazy, right?) when our realtor was raving about it! We closed in February of 2020 and couldn't stay here ourselves because it was rented for 5 straight weeks. Long story short, we were planning on coming in March of 2020 (and we all know what happened then), so the first time we actually saw our condo in person was April of 2021! We loved it--the pictures didn't lie! We tweaked a few things and purchased a few things, but all is good! We love the roominess of it, the high ceilings and how comfortable the layout is. It's also nice that the main master is upstairs--it makes it feel very homey! It's nice that it's on the end, so we get more light on the lanai from the extra "window" and we love the rainbow trees! We like watching the lizards on the lanai at night and the cane toads on the lawn downstairs are fun to see, too. We also like that, a lot of times, you can go to the pool and be the only ones there! The pool and hot tub are open late into the evenings, too, so you can float around or go in the hot tub while star gazing. We made improvements to the condo--we installed the LVP flooring and bought the area rug and the grill and lanai ceiling fan are new. We know you will like it--it's beautiful!

A condo that is so big it feels like a house and a mostly un-crowded pool in a very comfortable, homey development. Also, great, expansive view of the golf course (as opposed to some others in the complex) and quick walk to Whaler's Village or Black Rock and the beach. It's also an easy walk to the Kaanapali Beach path to see all the resorts.
