Hill Country Lake House on Lake Travis, Lake Front w/Private Dock

Welcome to the Hill County Lake House on the Pedernales arm of Lake Travis!

**Lake levels are low and there is currently no water at our dock. Guests may take the kayaks and paddleboards to where the water starts in the cove. No boat access. The house and fire pit still have great views of the open channel.**

**Lake Travis lake levels fluctuate and cannot guarantee water level. Please feel free to contact me first with questions. **

Take in expansive Hill Country views at our 3-spacious bedrooms, 2-full bath Hill County Lake House on the banks of the Pedernales River! Bring your boat, we have a private, floating dock.

Features of the Lake House:

Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath. Sleeps 10 (maximum of 6 adults) — King, Queen, 2 Fulls, Full sleeper sofa and Twin Bunk with Trundle. Back of house is mostly windows with amazing views of the water.

Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, Margaritaville margarita machine, eating area for 9, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outdoor living includes rocking chairs on the front porch, a covered bar with ceiling fan on the back patio, patio table with chairs, Weber gas grill and fire pit.

Includes a boat dock and a slip for you to park your boat.

Great fishing right from the dock. Don’t forget your fishing poles!

We have a Paddle Boat, 2 Paddleboards and 3 Kayaks that are perfect for a relaxing trip around the peaceful cove (bring your own life jackets).
