Es liegt nur wenige Schritte von der U-Bahn-Station M1 Porta Venezia entfernt. In 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen Sie die Piazza San Babila, den Dom und das Modeviertel.
In der Nachbarschaft gibt es kleine Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte, Geschäfte aller Art und Cafés.

Unglaublich schöne, moderne Wohnung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Daniela empfangen. Sie hatte extra Blumen für uns gekauft zur Begrüßung und hat alles wunderbar erklärt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig am Rand des unmittelbaren Zentrums nahe einer U-Bahn Station. Cafes und Restaurants sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe und wurden in einer Liste von Daniela noch einmal aufgeführt. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein echtes Doppelbett!Wasser stand gekühlt im Kühlschrank. Also besser gehts nicht. Vielen Dank. Tutto gracie Daniela.

Toll eingerichtet, gute Lage

Wir waren zu dritt in dieser hübschen kleinen Wohnung, durch die cleveren Einrichtungslösungen war das comfortabel. Die Wohnung enthält alles was man braucht, das Design ist frisch, alles ist neu. Die Vermieter haben uns bestens betreut. Die Lage ist ruhig, trotzdem sind U-Bahn und Tram nur wenige Minutnen entfernt, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in nächster Umgebung zu finden. Zu Fuss in die Innenstadt ist möglich, für uns nicht in 10 Minuten, dafür durch den Park.

Fashionable and comfortable in Milano!

This apartment is very chic but also well equipped and comfortable. The location was near to grocery stores, good restaurants, and a beautiful park, along with easy subway access. It was spotlessly clean and a wonderful place to relax after our very busy days in Milan. Daniela was very helpful when we had questions and made it all very easy for us.

A clean, modern apartment in a neighborhood that has everything. Close to metro and tram, plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The hosts were excellent and left clear instructions. This was the perfect home base for my wife and I during our 4-night stay in Milan. Highly recommended.

You cannot go wrong!

Daniela is a consummate host! - available, warm, delightful! The spatial engineering of the apartment is economical, stylish and has a remarkably uncrowded feeling. It was very clean, had the kitchen basics (we ate out most meals), and we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Tante grazie Daniela!

Clean, secure flat for a quick stopover in Milan

The flat is clean and secure. It’s about a mile walk to the Duomo area and about 1/4 mile walk to the nearest metro. Either way, you can get to the Duomo area in about 15-20 minutes. Parking is a bit of a struggle and we opened for the paid parking that’s in a parallel street one block over. It was pricey, about €50 for overnight. We liked the location and the air conditioning in the summer. It was perfect for our short stop in Milano.

Quiet apartment is great location

My husband and I spent our five day stay here in Milan. This is a lovely well-appointed apartment in a "local" neighborhood. Great access to local transport, although we opted to do most of our exploration to the local sites on foot. Everything you need is a short walk away - grocers, restaurants, cafes. The apartment is well-designed, spacious and very quiet. In the evenings, the neighborhood is lively with restaurants and bars full of local residents. Daniela provided excellent directions for a smooth check-in and checked in with us to ensure that we had everything we needed. I highly recommend her apartment and will stay here again when in Milan.

Amazing stay in Milan

To say this property is comfortable and convenient is an understatement. We were able to walk to the main Cathedral and the Duomo with no problem as well as to Castle Sforza and to see Da Vinci's The Last Supper! Near the Duomo of course are many excellent restaurants as well as world-class shopping. Communication with our host Daniela was excellent and she made the check-in process very easy. There is an elevator to the apartment as well so no worrying about carrying luggage up flights of stairs which can often be a problem in Europe. The apartment is exactly as described if not better. Daniela and her husband were very quick to respond to questions and even provided excellent recommendations for restaurants. I highly recommend staying in this apartment if you are lucky enough to visit Milan, as I hope to again one day.

Close to EVERYTHING.

Amazing location, short 3 minute walk to Metro, convenient central location if you just want to walk. The home is quiet and relaxing. Two a/c's cool a small place comfortably in a short time, and with 90° Milan weather, this was very welcome. Perfect little kitchenette to make our own coffee in the morning and a small fridge to fit all of our drinks and food. The owner is extremely responsive and kind. You can stay here with no worries and confidence in full support. Traveling with two grown kids, this was a great size with a separate room for the kids and privacy for the grownups. We would definitely choose it again when traveling to Milan.

Stylish and well designed

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well thought out, with interesting art and a cool, modern design. It looks just like the pictures. It's pretty much like staying in a modern suite in a boutique hotel. Check-in was very easy. There was juice and a bottle of wine there when I arrived. Internet, laundry and air conditioning all worked, and there is a huge supermarket across the street (go into the underground parking structure and take the lift up to the supermarket.) Overall, it was a great stay. I would stay there again and recommend to others.

"Met all expectations"

Lovely apartment on a quiet street set back from the Porta Venezia. Convenient to all transportation, main attractions, restaurants and easy walking distances if you prefer. Our second home in Milan!

What a gem of a place right in the city yet quiet, safe and close to all the sites. The apartment has everything, I mean everything, you could possibly need. The layout is fabulous and totally modern. We felt like we were home. Grocery across the street, metro within 10 minutes and the city center only a 15-20 minute walk. Highly recommend this place. Amazing hosts, prime location, beautiful space!

Daniela and her husband were the most welcoming and wonderful hosts. My husband and I were traveling on our honeymoon and this was our first place we stayed. It took us so long to get out of the airport that we were running late to meet Daniela at the flat. She found us at the parking structure near the flat and led us to her property where her husband had left a bottle of wine and fresh flower for us. There was even milk, juice and cookies for us too. The location was great for what we wanted to do. We ate at a restaurant just down the street on that first night and it's one of our favorite memories from our trip. Daniela's flat had every amenity we needed, including a nespresso coffee maker, beautiful updated bathroom and laundry in the flat. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Daniela!!

Charmant appartement très bien situé

Daniela vous accueille avec des fleurs, le ton est donné ! C'est Daniela: charmante, disponible et toujours à l'écoute . L'appartement n'est pas très grand, mais lumineux, très joliment décoré, situé dans une rue calme, très proche de tous les centres d’intérêt de MILAN et de commerces utiles .... Super Marché, pharmacie ....... Nous avons été ravies de notre choix et ne pouvons que le conseiller. Grace à Daniela et à la beauté de Milan nous avons passé une excéllente semaine !
