Unsere Wohnung wurde durch den Tornado nicht beschädigt und die meisten touristischen Gebiete wurden auch nicht beschädigt. Der größte Teil des Schadens wurde nördlich des Broadway und jenseits des Flusses in East Nashville angerichtet. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in der begehrten Gegend mit Blick auf die Gulch und wurde im Dezember 2019 fertiggestellt. Das Gebäude ist hochmodern, sicher, verfügt über einen Pool und ein Fitnesscenter, einen Grillbereich und kostenlose Parkplätze in einer mit einem Code versehenen, geschlossenen Garage. Der Gebäudeeintrag ist auch mit Code zugänglich. Ausgezeichnete Alternative zu teuren Hotels in der Nähe. Fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu Restaurants, Bars und der Schlucht. Weniger als eine Meile zum Broadway. Uber / Lyft fährt in die Innenstadt ca. $ 6-8. Wir sind sehr erfahren im Kurzzeitmietgeschäft und sind Superhosts. Dies ist eine brandneue Wohnung und deshalb haben wir derzeit keine Bewertungen.

Parking was easy and secure (locked gate). Great location - we were able to walk downtown and it was a quick drive or uber ride to wherever we wanted to go. The apartment was lovely and well-stocked with anything you'd want for the kitchen (although we mostly ate out). Because of the great location, the condo building seemed to be a place that hosted lots of out of town guests; there was some loud guests in the hallways late at night, but it didn't disturb our sleep.

Property was modern, nicely decorated and very clean. Location is about 5 minutes to downtown bars/attractions, yet far enough away that it was quiet. Waking distance to cute shops and restaurants in The Gulch neighborhood. Excellent communication from owners prior to arrival; they even included things to do other than Broadway and provided restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location

This is the place to stay. Walking distance to Broadway, but far enough away to avoid all the crazy noise. Great balcony that you can sit ourside and read. Very nice pool, we had it to our selfs. Fully stocked kitchen.

Fantastic Nashville Location!

We had a fantastic stay at the Apartment, so easy to walk into the Gulch and onto Broadway. We also went by car up to 12 South & Hattie B’s in Melrose (which definitely had a shorter line than the one downtown) Would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in Nashville to book here!

Music City getaway
