We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful and peaceful, with gorgeous waterfront views, a private pool, and an easy walk to the beach. Our dogs loved it too! We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would absolutely stay here again!

Carpets had pet odors when we arrived as well as dirt/debris under the couches. Overall nice property.

We felt the house needed more seating. Maybe a bench at the dinner table to help sit kids! We brought our beach chairs upTo help with seating on the deck. That was the only thing we needed more of! No other complaints!

Overall, we had a great stay...we didn't encounter anything that urgently needed attention.What we would suggest to help other renters enjoy their stay (improve ratings):- make sure all outlets work (2 only partially had power)- make sure all handles or doorknobs are tight.- make sure all remotes needed are present (none for media player)- make sure pool is properly/thoroughly cleaned.- fix any broken furniture (couch missing joining bracket).- make sure any sheets properly fit and stay secure! (Fitted sheet VERY loose and was annoying for anyone who doesn't sleep as a stiff log).In the future, my eye may look more closely at things like available furniture inside and out (would have been nice to sit in shade on deck to eat), space for vehicles while parked and unloading, ease of viewing for any tvs (not just that they are there), and fees (sermed a bit reduntant and ridiculous)! This property, while accurately listed, did not "delight" us or give us reason to consider it in the future (admittedly, we have very high standards/expectations). Felt a bit old and neglected in some areas despite being renovated in others.

Our family enjoyed our stay. We did not bring our dogs but the dog area was roomy. We did a lot of fishing off the pier. The pool was bigger than we expected. We did not know there was an extra fee for the pool to be heated. Harris Vacations sent a guy to turn the heater on but it did not turn on. Harris Vacations sent a third party vendor to fix the issue but they took a while to come and the issue was never fixed. That isn’t Harris Vacations’ fault. They refunded the heated pool fee. This house is updated and very clean! A/C works great!!

Great trip!

We enjoyed our stay at Little Egret! The house was in a perfect location where we it seemed we had the beach all to ourselves! The house and pool were perfect for our family. Would be open to staying here again!

Fantastic vacation rental

We absolutely loved our stay at Little Egret! The location was perfect, the pool was a blast, the kids loved the beachy spot by the lagoon, the house was clean and well stocked with cooking supplies and starter paper products. We would definitely stay again.

This property met all our expectations!! It was perfect! Having the fishing dock was a huge hit.

The views of the lagoon was spectacular & everyone had so much fun fishing on the dock. It also has a little beach area that the kids could wade into the water & discover the ocean life. I would recommend this property for any family.

Family Vacation to our favorite beach

Comfortable and well equipped minus outdoor seating for porches and pool. The walk to the beach is easy and feels private. And the view of the sunset is amazing. We’ve stayed here twice and would highly recommend.

Great location

Great spot on the lagoon and just across the street to the beach. Kids really enjoyed the heated pool and fishing off the dock. Interior was functional and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc.

Perfect location

Great location. Close to everything but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Fishing off the pier and swimming in the pool were big parts of our day. The veach is just a few steps away!!

Cutest Cottage

We enjoyed our time at Little Egret, it was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful Lagoon views and easy access to the beach. Charming interior, adequate sleeping and amenities. Would love to return.

Gulf Shores Lagoon House

It was the first time we stayed in a house and not in a condo, definitely will stay in a house the next time we visit. It was a perfect setup for us and our dogs.

Cozy lagoon house

Enjoyed the house and view of the lagoon. The kitchen was nicely stocked. It was a very comfortable home. Liked the location as it was a bit farther from the touristy things. It had a nice fenced area for our dogs but first we had to clean up lots of poop from previous guests.

Terrific pet-friendly Place!

We visited with our dog Pelham for a vacation in Gulf Shores. Clean and comfortable house with its own pier and private pool, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for showers. We're already looking forward to our next visit to Little Egret!

Great house with pool for small group.

We enjoyed our stay at the Little Egret. The pool was refreshing after a day of walking at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our seafood. Sitting on the balcony porch and watching the sunset was my favorite feature.

Overall great place to stay and location was excellent

This property was perfect for us as a family. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock in the back of the house and the heated pool was a nice addition as well. It's just far enough away from all the commercial stuff to be nice and quiet and without a ton of traffic, but still close enough to have a short drive to almost anything you could ask for. A short walk to the beach was great as well. Would definitely stay here again.
