Modernly furnished and tastefully decorated, this charming 24m2 studio is within walking distance to Charonne Metro and various attractions in Paris!

Relax after a long day in the capital in the bright living area which features a sofa set opposite to the kitchenette that is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up an easy breakfast including a stove, a microwave, and a toaster. There's also a small dining area next to the sofa where you can eat your meals with loved ones!

The attached bedroom comes with a comfy queen bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens that are at your disposal. The partition leading to the bedroom can be closed so that you'll have privacy while you sleep. Please note that the access to the bedroom is via a narrow staircase.

The bathroom downstair contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up such as a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The 11th arrondissement is a hip, diverse district that draws partygoers to lively bars around upscale Rue Oberkampf and its surrounding streets. It's also home to the Opéra Bastille, the city's main opera house. Foodies and fashionistas flock to the boutiques and vogue restaurants around Rue de Charonne, part of the evolving shopping and dining scene in the cosmopolitan area between the République and Nation squares.

Visit La Folie Méricourt, which retains a low-key village atmosphere and where local foodies, revellers, and bargain-hunters gather!

During the day, the Bastille is known for its column, but once night falls, the area comes alive due to the surrounding restaurants, bars, nightclubs! Known as one of the city's most upscale neighborhoods, Oberkampf allows you to experience Paris by listening to jazz at nearby bars or cafes after a long day in the capital.

My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!

The nearest train station is Charonne (Line 9) - just 1 min away on foot. There's also Rue des Boulets Station (Line 9) just 8 mins away. From these stations, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Paris!

Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 30 mins drive from the flat.

This is a self-check-in property; you will have to go to a store located 10 minutes away on foot from the apartment to pick up the key. More information on how this will work out will be provided before your stay.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee.
