Unser privat geführtes Wohnung befindet sich im sonnigen Kihei im Maui Sunset befindet. Mit dem traditionellen Charme und Anmut des alten Hawaii ist der Maui-Sonnenuntergang auf über 5 Hektar direkt am Meer gelegen, mit makellos gepflegten Gelände mit einem 60 m langen Swimmingpool, Jacuzzi, Grillplätze, Fitnessraum, Shuffleboard, Tennis und Putting Greens.

Das Gerät ist professionell vor Ihrer Ankunft und nach Ihrer Abreise gereinigt. Wir bieten Ihnen Bettwäsche für 4 Personen, kostenlose Wi-Fi Internet-Zugang, und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Ein Starter Versorgung mit Papierhandtücher, Toilettenpapier, Bad Seife, Spülmittel und Geschirrspüler Seife ist inbegriffen. This beautiful, centrally located house is the perfect base for exploring Maui. Just a two-minute walk from the ocean, you can enjoy stunning sunset views and even spot a huge sea turtle resting on the beach during an early morning stroll. The house is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. Guests also have access to a community pool, gym, and ample parking. We were about to travel very next day on possible tsunami warning due to earthquake in Russia but host was continually provided updated from Maui which help us to decide on our travel plan

Very enjoyable holiday

This is our fourth time in this condo and we had a very pleasant stay. The condo is very comfortable, the grounds are immaculate, and the weather is perfect. Maui Sunset is right on the ocean, affords a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere but is also conveniently close to stores for any required shopping. We hope to return next year. Everyone has a their own space

Clean unit on a nice resort. For a 1 bedroom condo, it's great to have 3 beds and 2 bathrooms, especially with teenagers. Well equipped and the washer/dryer was a huge plus for our family. Had everything we needed for a day at the beach, including boogie boards and chairs. Having 2 AC units is a plus.

Fabulous place to stay!

Maui sunset is a beautiful building with fantastic amenities Great pool Concierge services onsite to book your excursions. Fantastic beach area right out front the property. It’s a little rocky so water shoes are a must Loved the quiet time hours. - this helped keep noise and partying to a minimum The security on site was very comforting. Nice easy walk to Kraken coffee food truck so that was a super bonus. Coolers and beach chairs were very handy to have and we used them often Watch sunsets off the deck or head to the water and watch it from shore.

Great place

It has been wonderful in the appartement. Quite, no direct sun which we appreciated, brand new carpet, very well equipped just a few m to the pool (suitable for lap swimming) and the ocean. We are not keen on TV at all, however, for other people a new TV screen might be a good investment. Caroline has been super responsive and helpful. Thank you Caroline

Pool not kid friendly

The room was nice, the view was good but while my kids were swimming in the pool, they got harassed by older people. There is a lot of older couples who stay here and we’re not very welcoming for children swimming and playing in the pool. My children don’t get a lot of chances to swim in the pool and they were excited. I would not recommend this property if you have kids in the age range of 4-16 years old. As these old folks said they were splashing to much and when we asked, haven’t you been a kid before, and he said “No!”. I would recommend this place for older people only.

Thank you for your review and kind email indicating that you felt my place was “amazing with a wonderful view”. So glad you enjoyed the condo with your family. That said, I’m sorry you had an unfortunate verbal exchange with someone at the pool. As you can imagine, for the general safety and enjoyment for guests of all ages, the Maui Sunset does have to place restrictions on people taking boogie/body boards into the pool. Other than the pool incident, hope you were able to get in plenty of sun and fun!

Very enjoyable experience

The condo was comfortable and functional. We found plenty to do even though West Maui was still reeling from the fires, but the condo and condo complex were so nice we could have just hung out there the whole time. We used the pool and jacuzzi almost every day. The water temps were just right and not over-chlorinated. The putting green has a chest nearby with putters and balls, so we took advantage of that. The gardeners do a wonderful job of keeping everything looking nice. Every day, we enjoyed sitting on the shady lanai, looking at the ocean with the palm trees in the foreground. In late September, the sun sets just south of the island of Lanai, and we could see it set from our balcony, or other evenings we walked about 100 yards to the beach to take it in. We could see turtles pop their head above the water to check things out. Some even came up to the beach nearby to spend the night. Very enjoyable time.

Awesome place

We were right on the beach.Our view was absolutely perfect. The condo had everything you needed to make your stay perfect. Coolers, beach chairs,umbrellas, no need to pack pool/beach towels cause their there. So save the space in your suitecase for souvenirs .All the kitchen appliances to make your stay convenient. Beds were nice and comfy. Washer and dryer in condo so no need to pack multiple outfits save suite case space. They have travel cups you can use to take to your excursions. If your an over packer like me I’m telling you you will be set to go from the moment you arrive at the condo. Caroline keeps you up dated before you arrive so that gives you peace of mind. And this place was so calm and peaceful. No loud noise at night,no kids running up and down the hallways. This was the absolute best place I’ve ever stayed. If I make a trip back to Hawaii I will for sure choose this condo..Thank You

Magnifique séjour !

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans l'appartement de Caroline et tout été parfait ! La résidence est parfaite et il y a tout (BBQ, terrain de tennis, piscine, plage...). Nous aurions aimé y rester pour toujours :) De plus, l'appartement de Caroline est très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Caroline nous avez indiqué toutes les informations nécessaires avant notre séjour et s'est montré disponible durant notre séjour. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, nous esperons pouvoir y revenir un jour. Nous le conseillerons à nos amis et famille ! :)
