Although we didn’t spend much time at the property itself because we were visiting family, it was a nice place to sleep. The kitchen was also nice. And the value was great!

Great location

Enjoyed being close to family over the holidays and appreciated the close proximity to parks, rec center, shopping and library. Only complaint was occasional smoke smell from other residents in the nearby condos.

Home away from home!

We love this condo complex and Apache Junction area. Great location for us, nice heated pool, hot tub, and well maintained. We met the cleaning crew this stay and they were very nice! Might be an annual stay for us! Thanks again Ryan!

Comfortable stay

This condo was a comfortable place to stay. The exception being the couches which, altho attractive, we found low and soft. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. A very nice pool area and the laundry facilities were great. This is a good location. Easy access to stores, restaurants and attractions. The desert is right across the road and there is a nice view of Superstition Mountain. The owner quickly answered any questions we had. We'd stay here again.

The condo was clean and well equipped for our needs. Beds were comfortable. Location worked for us. Plenty of room for a weeks stay. The internet was a bit slow and did cut out at times, but we managed. The owner was in contact prior to check in. Easy access in and out of condo as there was no need for a key due to coded door. I would recommend staying here.

Great location

Unit could use some updating, especially in the tub/shower! Twin bed mattress too soft or just old. Rest of unit is very well maintained .

Condo in Apache Junction

This condo was in a great place to be able to hike the trails around Superstition Mountains. It fit our needs. It was close to a grocery store and restaurants. The only issue we had was we had no idea where to take our garbage. It needs to be added to the book.

Hi Denise, thank you for the 5-star review. We're sorry about not giving directions in regards to the trash. It used to be in plain sight but the HOA recently moved it. We have been sending out messages to our guests. Unfortunately it looks like your message got overlooked ☹️. Once again, we're sorry about the inconvenience.

Clean Condo with all the Amenities

This condo had all the amenities we needed, even extra paper towels. There was soap for dishes and clothes, shampoo, etc. We brought our own (except dish soap), but it was nice to know we could have used theirs. The laundry is only $1.50 for a wash and $1.25 to dry, and you CAN use quarters. This was the closest, reasonably priced condo we could find near Canyon Lake, and we swam 6 of our days here. This is a quiet neighborhood, and the neighbors were helpful in telling us about the pool key, where to take our trash (dumpster), etc. We had such a good time here.

Lies! Lies! Lies! Jimmy requested to extend stay, so I sent I request for additional payment. He never paid! He kept giving me the run around about paying. I finally had to make him vacate immediately, otherwise I was calling the police. I have NEVER had a guest mention roaches or any other type of bugs at the condo. Interesting that Jimmy NEVER mentioned the roaches and was going to stay until I told him I was calling the police. Jimmy left the condo a disaster. It cost me an additional $100 for cleaning! I assume he gave me a bad review because I had to keep part of his deposit due to the additional cleaning fees and extra nights he didn't pay for. Please take into account the reviews before and after Jimmy before making a decision. It's unfortunate that people like Jimmy are able to do this to owners and then leave a completely false review.

Comfortable Bed

The bed and shower were very good. Very clean! Didn't know unit was on 2nd floor, but didn't ask either. Furnishings and flooring could use updating, but comfortable nonetheless. Pool was closed for part of the visit due to equipment issue, but not the fault of the owner. Ryan was very responsive and helpful.

Condo rental was great

Spent 4 nights at condo while visiting family in Apache Junction. Condo was very clean, comfortable and extremely well supplied if you were needing to make a meal. It was very quiet and it was the same price if we were to rent only one room with two queen beds at the local Best Western. Ryan was extremely helpful and responsive.
