Diese komplett moderne und neuwertige Residenz verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Gaskamin, ein Esszimmer und eine umzäunte Terrasse mit Gasgrill. Die Siedlung Rim Village Vista bietet private, ruhige und wunderschön gestaltete Stadthäuser aus Lehmziegeln mit begehbarer Straße und Annehmlichkeiten wie dem Gemeinschaftspool (beheizt von Ende März bis Ende Oktober), Whirlpools (ganzjährig beheizt), einem Tennisplatz und einem Spielplatz.

Great place to call a home base in Moab as we explored Arches and Canyonlands. The home was stocked with plenty of amenities and was spacious enough to house all eight of us comfortably. My siblings enjoyed being able to swim at the nearby pool as well.We did initially have some trouble with getting the door to open but the Moab VRC team were very helpful and prompt with their response to get things figured out.

Great stay with adult children

The property was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 adult children. Very nice place to hang out together but enough room to have quiet time after a long day of adventure. The rooms and kitchen were well supplied and the location was nice to get away from the city.

Perfect place to rest between adventures!

We loved the pool and the comfy beds. It was a great place to rest and recharge and make some meals before heading to the next adventure! We found the map in the garage helpful to narrow down where to go and we also took many of the owners food recommendations!

We are always available to help guests find their way around the community :) Our listing does not include Pickleball Courts as an amenity but many guests use the tennis courts to play pickleball and have a great time! Perfect location in Moab

Perfect location to hit all the national parks during our stay. Property manager was always available. Place was stocked very well which I appreciate. If in the future, we would return to Moab, I would stay here again. Just a long trip for us to get to Moab.

Great stay in Moab

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfect for our needs. I was able to fit my 14' trailer and my UTV into the garage when we were at the house.

Thanksgiving with the Family in Moab

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Highlights:quiet neighborhood, well-stocked kitchen, good wireless and tv options, 3 bathrooms for 5 adults, very responsive host.Suggestions: carpet or rug needed for very cold Master Bedroom and add a bedside table, reading lamp there - only one supplied; better lighting needed throughout, especially living area.

Drain in one sink of master bath slow drain, upstairs bath tub won't drain. Towels and mat, musty

Very nice unit, but it needs some deeper cleaning and maintenance of washer, sink and bath drains
