We enjoyed the easy, close access to the beach and hearing the ocean waves from the deck. The condo is adequate for our needs. It could use some updating and paint, but overall was fine. The shower in the main bedroom is small and anyone over 5.5 will not fit under the shower head but water pressure was good. Beds were comfy. We liked the peace and quiet of the area too. Check in was easy.

Right near beach

Very relaxing, it was just the two of us so there was plenty of space. The washer and dryer were a nice bonus. Being so close to the beach was amazing. I booked it because the price per night was super cheap but it was way more expensive with the added fees, so that was a little disappointing. I think 200 for a cleaning fee might be a little high.

Nice area

The area was nice. The condo needs updating and a good cleaning! The air conditioner was very annoying as it is extremely noisy. The access to beach is awesome and area was nice.

Amazing place and beautiful scenery!

The pictures were just as the place is. Very clean, and easy access to private beach front. I highly recommend booking a vacation with North Beach Reality. Beautiful views at the ocean from upfront even when we were tired from swimming on the ocean and the relaxing pool. 5 Stars! (If they have 10, I’d give it a 10).

We enjoyed our stay and the unit was the right size for us. Some updating is needed as the front door needs to be replaced, the bathroom fan sound like a helicopter and the furniture is very uncomfortable. Parking can be a little trying when the units are full.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My only real issue with the unit itself was the master shower- I am 5’6” and had to crouch down to get my head under it, which wasn’t ideal. I ended up using the other shower the entire time, which isn’t the end of the world, but for that I specifically booked a unit with two full bathrooms to avoid having everyone wanting to use one bathroom. My only other issue was the overall cleanliness of the unit. When we arrived, there was sand and hair in the master dresser drawers, old french fries under the master bed and crumbs all over the kitchen counter...

Enjoyed our stay in this rental

Overall we enjoyed our vacation in this rental unit. Proximity to the beach couldnt be closer. First floor was also a plus. Cons: 1. No kettle 2. Some plates and mugs were chipped. 3. Noisy AC on balcony 4. Vibration noise from AC in primary bedroom FYI to owner, looked like the dryer vent hadn't been cleaned in months. Could have caused a fire. Maybe better messaging to remind people to clean it.

Kitchen had very old cabinets badly in need of updating. Drawers had no stoppers and would fall out if not careful when opening. ALL drinking glasses and dishes were breakable and very thick and heavy. Nothing kid friendly. Entry door needs replacing badly. NO safe for valuables while at beach. Did not feel comfortable leaving valuables in unit with the entry door damaged. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms ok.

They were professional, had the room cleaned and ready hours ahead of schedule. The best agency we have dealt with. Really enjoyed everything. The one huge negative with the rental unit was the door. It worked, but please just replace the entire front door and frame. That was the one thing that was really unacceptable. The door was falling apart and the door handle was about to fall apart. Other than that, one of the best stays we have ever had! Thanks!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carpet was dirty, the bathroom fan sounded like a helicopter, the bathroom vanity knob was falling apart and the main door to the condo was breaking. The door looked like someone had broken in before. We have stayed at North Beach condos before and this stay was not impressive. The walk out to the beach wasn’t cleared out very well and was about a foot wide. Two out of the four tv remotes didn’t have any batteries in them.

Perfect Location

perfect location on the 1st floor located at the top of the steps. just a few steps away from the pool and beach access ans very quiet. we had a group of 4 adults and 3 kids and had adequate space for us all. kitchen was large enough for us to cook meals. bedroom was large enough to set up a pack & play for our infant to sleep.

Beach vacation

We had a great stay. It served us every purpose needed for our stay. Even had some extra chairs if we needed them for the beach. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. For me and my son it was perfect for what we needed!

Carpet needs to be scrubbed or replaced, it was nasty to be honest.2. There is black mold in the shower knobs that was falling out when you turned them. 3. Closet in front bedroom houses the AC/Heating unit and there is stick residue all over the hanging bar for your clothes. 4. Washing machine was not working properly unless you ran it permanent press cycle.Again condo has great potential but needs cleaned and updated.
