A cute beachy little apartment which was perfect for our stay. Lots of ice cream shops and restaurants within walking distance. We had dinner at Cool Vibes which was just outside our door. The beach access directly in front of the complex was not open due to beach repairs, but it was only a short walk to another access point. We didn't use the pool but it looked to be in good shape. We will definitely book here again if we are back to St. Pete Beach.

Great spot right near the beach

A very chill spot that's right next to the Beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The bed is pretty lumpy and check-in was kinda confusing because we didn't get a code until after we arrived, but overall it's a very affordable spot with an excellent location.

We just returned home for our perfect stay in St. Pete. This is a sweet little spot close to the ocean, with all necessaries included. The property is within walking distance to a few of the local restaurants. Great, friendly place. Looking forward to our return!

St. Pete Beach rental

Condo is close to beach and restaurants. Check in is easy but be prepared to hear from the office manager all you can't do...like lower temperature on air conditioning below 72...many violations came with a punative fee. I was afraid that whatever I did would result in some fine and she ran our credit card ( paid in full prior to arrival w damage deposit) at check in just in case... Other than all the rules, we enjoyed the pool and rented cabanas on the beach. We walked to many restaurants and enjoyed St. Pete Beach music entertainment. I would love to go back to the area on another vacation.

Great location, but…..

The wrong code was given after a long day of travel. We stayed for 10 days, we could not tune in any channels on the tv in the living room, we were told to turn it on on the side, still nothing. The bed had a very thick memory foam on top of the mattress. It was extremely uncomfortable, we used the pull out most of the time. Paint was coming off in the bathroom ceiling. You are not allowed to turn the air down past 72. It was so hot sleeping. Very disappointing for the price we paid. Some very easy fixes to make it more comfortable.

Illusion of privacy

Do not be fooled by the blinds in the bathroom, they do not hide anything. When I reached out to the host about this, she offered no resolution besides telling us to hang a towel and offering to refund the remainder of our stay if we left early. When stating it was not possible to hang a towel, she ignored the problem and told us nobody could see through the tiny bathroom window while ignoring requests of contact info to send pictures to. Pictured below are some of the pictures I tried to send her but could not. There was also no ironing board, which listing said there should be. Nice location, but we would NEVER stay somewhere owned by host again when a concern like this was essentially brushed off.

She called it a tiny bathroom window because it is like really tiny and offset. There is a 6in window sill as well. There is no way for anyone to see you because it is shoulder high and on the 2nd level with no access She also said offered no resolution besides a partial refund for the last 2 nights or a towel for extra protection. Both of which you didn’t want, you didn’t want ti leave and you didn’t want to cover the window. which means the resolution she wanted was  just a free vacation which would have made her happy. After how “violated” she felt (her exact words) I didn’t want to insult her with any money because a couple hundred bucks wouldn’t fix that total privacy violation of showing shoulder and head. Some people come to have fun and enjoy themselves with a vacation they can afford and some people come on a vacation they shouldn’t go on looking for any and every reason to dispute a charge. Unfortunately for her I am a super host with more than a couple available units and I’ve been doing it for 5 years so finding something to fight the charge on is hard. But she tried, so I give her props. This is a condo with a beach behind it instead of standing in front of a small bathroom window that has a shade go to the beach. I’m really sorry you didn’t find something else to complain about that would not have made you look obvious but you took your shot. You don’t have to worry about staying at any place I own because you are not welcome. In fact any super host that read this do yourselves a favor she isn’t worth the headache. Ps the travel ironing board hanging in the closet, we asked the next guest to check

Cleanliness and online photos

80's condo, great location and walking distance to dining and the beach. Condo is outdated and was filthy. If you like clean and new this is not for you. The bedsheets were the cleanest thing in the unit which allowed you to sleep. Shower was moldy, ceiling in bathroom was old dropdown and most panels Cracked with debris. Toilet wasn't working when we arrived and had to have a plumber fix the next day. Cabinet and silverware/utensils were old and wouldn't let a dog eat off of. Floors needed swept and sand from previous renters still in couches. The photos make it look like a nice unit but it needs updating. The location is great and steps to the beach which is what you are paying for I guess.

Eric sorry you were expecting something other than what you rented. Our photos are a year old and in no way deceiving. The condo is thoroughly cleaned between every stay, floors are steam mopped and there is no mold anywhere. You asked for a refund a day after arriving and I advised you of our refund policy. Sorry you did not understand when you booked. The day you arrived I had just been at the condo and the toilet was not broken. You overturned the valve on the back and broke it so we had to hire a plumber to come fix it during your stay. Thank you for your review.

Please remember less than a year ago our paradise was devastated with 2 historic storms which affected this area tremendously even though we are on the second floor, specifically anything on the first floor ie: entrances & hallways. We have bounced back rather quickly and 95% of places, attractions and restaurants are back up but there still are some unfortunate circumstances and areas under construction so if that is something that could effect your experience in anyway please reconsider. Otherwise come relax enjoy the beautiful beach, weather and experience this paradise for yourself.
