The place was a lot farther away from the beach as described, walking 1.5 miles carrying supplies with children was tough, we had to drive there and back. The place didn't accommodate 8 people, mostly 6 would have been the correct number even that with only 2 bathrooms was tough.

House was clean, easy to access (besides the gate being broken on the first night and having to drive through the other entrance during the pouring rain. We almost were not let in but they finally let us in). Host was amazing with communication! Would recommend!!!

Wonderful stay

Absolutely loved staying here- Beautifully furnished and comfortable. Loved the neighborhood and taking daily walks. Ping pong table was an added bonus for fun! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful views and 5 star accommodations!

I cannot say enough about the host of this property! They were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond the call of duty. The property was beautiful and well stocked. Had everything we needed and was close to virtually everything! We had a great time and will book with the host again!

The house was nice and perfect size for our family of 8. Sleeping arrangements were perfect. The pool is literally steps outside the back door but it did stay very busy. The location of the house was great too.

Excellent Stay- Great for Families

Check in was easy and communication with the host was consistent and clear. The rooms were clean and well stocked. It was very handy that each room had its own tv. Also being able to use the porch and garage to “desand” after going to the beach was very useful. The kitchen could use some basic seasonings but as far as appliances, pots, and pans, they had everything you need. Great place for families and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Fun in the Sun

This house was perfectly located by the pool making it easily accessible. The house was neat and clean. There could be just a few more pots and pans for the kitchen. Overall 10/10. The property managers were extremely responsive and helpful.

This is a great home in a prime location. 30 second walk to the pool and 5 minute drive to the beach. Would stay again. Can’t recommend this one enough.

Overall the property and it’s location worked well for our families needs. Our only complaint is the limited access to towels. With the property being near the beach, maybe the property management can provide a few more towels for beach use. All in all, I would recommend this property and would consider it for a future stay.

Beautiful Beach Home

This home is so perfectly decorated and the rooms vary the same theme and decor throughout! The cleanliness was incredible and made our family stay so comfortable and relaxing. The location cannot be beat, especially for a home that isn't right on the beach. We could easily get to several different beaches and restaurants on the ocean with just a few minutes. It was perfect. The customer service for checkin and checkout was awesome as well. They were so kind and caring on the phone. We felt very welcome.

House was convenient, could have been a little cleaner. Main complaint was with management company "Book that Condo". After advising mgr that we wanted to EXTEND OUR STAY and was interested in a 1 month rental (after verifying availability), I was told that the owner needed to be consulted. When I received no response, I called mgr back and was advised that owner was not interested in monthly rental. I was okay with that and said I wanted to instead extend for a week and mgr advised condo was already rented. Poor communication on mgmt part. The house has potential but I think the management company could use improving! Buyer beware!

Thank you, Rhonda, for sharing your experience. While we understand your frustration, we are a short-term management company offering short-term stays to our guests. Anytime there is a variance from this, we frequently consult with our owners for their input. Some owners choose not to allow long-term stays. During the time consulting with Revenue and verifying the owner was willing to accept a longer stay, the condo was booked. Unfortunately, we were not able to hold it. We do see that we were able to find you another one of our properties to stay in. We thank you for being our guest!
