Dieses komfortable und einladende Haus steht das ganze Jahr über zur Vermietung zur Verfügung und liegt an einer privaten Sackgasse mit einem großen Garten und nur wenige Schritte vom Wasser entfernt. Genießen Sie Schwimmen, Kajakfahren, Angeln, Bootfahren, Skifahren, Motorschlittenfahren und Entspannen mit Freunden und Familie auf unserem privaten Dock. Seien Sie eine der ersten Familien, die dieses geräumige, 3500 m² große Haus ab April 2020 genießen. Dieses Seehaus ist perfekt für mehrere Familien; Mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 3 Badezimmern und einem fertigen Keller, den wir gerne The Kid Zone nennen! Viel Platz für alle und bequem Platz für 11 Personen mit zwei zusätzlichen Sofas für 2 weitere Gäste. (Die maximale Anzahl an Gästen beträgt 13)

Der Hauptwohnraum hat Kathedralendecken, riesige Fenster mit viel Sonnenlicht und einen entspannenden Blick auf den Long Lake. Ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten für alle mit einem großen Smart-TV über dem Kamin. Genießen Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee von einem der Schaukelstühle aus, während Sie den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Der Essbereich bietet bequem Platz für 10 Personen und zwei zusätzliche Stühle direkt an der Bar. Die Küche verfügt über alle Werkzeuge, die Sie benötigen, um das perfekte Essen zuzubereiten, wenn Sie über Nacht bleiben möchten. Direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer und der Küche finden Sie drei Gästezimmer mit jeweils eigenem Kingsize-Bett, Kommode, Smart-TV und Blick auf den Long Lake. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Der vollendete Keller "Kid Zone" besteht aus zwei Abschnitten. Der Schlafbereich, in dem Sie drei Einzelbetten und ein Etagenbett finden, und der Unterhaltungsbereich, in dem Sie eine große Schlafcouch, einen Smart-TV, einen DVD-Player, Bücher sowie Spiele und Puzzles finden. Im Flur steht eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Verfügung, denn wer möchte nach Hause gehen und Wäsche waschen? Und schließlich gibt es noch ein Badezimmer mit einer Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne.

Jedes Zimmer des Hauses hat einen Blick auf den Long Lake und jede Ebene hat direkten Zugang zur Natur, wo Sie sicher Spaß in der Sonne haben werden. Genießen Sie die Zeit mit der Familie auf dem Dock, wo Sie schwimmen, schwimmen oder Kajak fahren können. Hast du ein Boot? Starten Sie es ein paar hundert Meter die Straße hinunter beim öffentlichen Bootsanleger und genießen Sie einen Tag auf dem Wasser. This is the perfect spot for an extended family getaway. We love the sleeping and dining capacity and the location on the lake is incredibly child-friendly. The comforts of home (smart tvs, wifi) also come in handy if there is ever a rainy day.

Fantastic stay at this home on Long Lake. My wife loves the place, the view from the deck is just perfect. The house is fantastic, has verything you need and is in great shape. The covered patio under the deck is a great addition for that one day you might get rain. Can't recommend this place enough, love it.

Peaceful Lake Escape with all the Extras

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect—just steps from the water and ideal for swimming, boating, and relaxing by the lake. We especially loved ending our days with cozy campfires. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped home on Long Lake. Huge, furnished deck with gorgeous view of the lake deck, a fire pit, dock, and a covered patio at ground level. Kitchen is one of the best I’ve seen, spacious enough for 2-3 people to help with meal prep, and well equipped with herbs, spices, and other basics. 3 king beds too! Would definitely go back.

The kid zone is great for our 4 teenagers. The house is well equipped & very clean. The location & lakefront is hard to beat. We rented a pontoon boat & the docking was easy. Everything on site to make a lake vacation all you would expect and more.

Beautiful Home on the Lake

From watching the sunrise in the morning on the lake, to listening to the loons calling in the evening, our stay at this waterfront home on Long lake was wonderful. The house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and provided many different areas to relax - on the porch, looking out on the lake from the large windows on the first level of the home and sitting down on the dock. It was a great vacation.

Lakehouse "Fixer-Upper Style"

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The house was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and everything is brand new. The owner greeted us upon arrival and was friendly. My teens and children loved the tree swing and the kayaks. The house is perfect for a quiet, relaxing vacation. There is a tiny island that is accessible by canoe or swimming with shallow water all around to enjoy. I recommend this house for any family who wants to experience the lake life.

This was our second time staying at the Breton House, and our family absolutely loves it! The home comfortably fit all eight of us—five adults and three children under 13. It has a beautiful porch that overlooks the lake, where we enjoyed dinners and played lots of games. The sunrise views are incredible.The beds are very comfortable, and the house includes all the amenities needed to feel like a true home away from home. Long Lake offers plenty of activities—we kayaked, rented jet skis, and even swam across the lake for exercise. There’s a small area in the water near the house that we nicknamed “the island” (really just a sandbar), which made a great destination to swim or kayak to and relax while staying cool in the water.Molly left us a s’mores kit, which we quickly devoured while roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Restaurants and grocery stores are conveniently located nearby. We also took a drive to Freeport to visit L.L.Bean and went hiking on the Ledges Trail near Moose Pond.A quick tip: be sure to bring beach towels and plenty of drinking water. This is truly a special place, and Molly makes the whole process so easy—she was very responsive to my questions and replied quickly. We hope to return soon!

Fabulous!

We loved our stay on Long Lake and everything the Breton Home had to offer. There was a total of 8 of us, 5 adults and 3 children. There was ample room for food storage, and the kitchen supplied us with everything we needed. There was even an extra refrigerator in the garage. The home had three comfortable king size beds. The children slept on the first floor in twin beds. They had their own bathroom and space. The AC was cool at night and we had additional fans. The house was very clean and felt newly remodeled. We never ran out of hot water. We enjoyed s’mores by the fire pit, watching the sunrise, sitting on the porch reading or visiting with family, and kayaking to the little “island” nearby. The home came equipped with three kayaks. We rented jet skis at one end of the lake and rode them back to the home. Several of us swam across the lake (and back) in the early morning when the lake was still and there was very little water traffic. The water temperature was perfect for this (mid to upper 70’s). At night, the only noise we heard was nature. Molly was quick to answer any questions we had and was a pleasure to work with. We literally had a perfect vacation - it was a magical time!

The house was in a great location and had everything needed - canoe/kayak, swing, dock, fire pit, star gazing, newly renovated, and more - to make it a wonderful and memorable time with the family.

Annual Summer Getaway

We love our annual week at Molly and Benn's lake house. The kids look forward to making the "Kid Zone" their own and the grownups always enjoy game nights upstairs. The lake is wonderful and shallow enough that the kids can play without worrying about swim aids. The new fire pit and deck furniture were beautiful improvements but we already thought the spot was perfect. We are already looking forward to our stay in 2022.

Family vaca!

Molly’s lake house is warm, cozy ,& super clean. It was a perfect spot for our family lake vacation. Quality beds & beds linens were much appreciated after long days on the lake. We made good use of the well stocked kitchen. Quiet location, convenient to town, & great waterfront. We especially enjoyed all the comfortable outdoor furniture. We rented a pontoon boat & used the provided canoe& kayaks. Our kids are teens and having their own space on the lower level was great! Would definitely rent again….

Spectacular home

This house is beautiful. Everything is very clean, tastefully furnished. The bedding is VERY comfortable and the set up of the house gives privacy to all. The yard is perfect for hanging out and the fire pit provides fun for the evening. The only two negatives are things that are not controlled by the owner (who is so easy to deal with and was very responsive). The neighbor is "grumpy". You must be careful not to walk onto their property ~ even for a minute. They are vigilant! If you are a loud evening group this will not be a good situation for you. We are in bed by 10, so it was not an issue. However, our teens were yelled at for walking onto their yard. Secondly, the water is VERY shallow at the dock. If you have a pontoon boat it will be fine. We have a 22.5 foot boat and we hit bottom several times going in and out. Again, both of these are not under the control of the owner. EVERYTHING and anything that could be done by the owners has been done. The house, yard, amenities, furnishings, set up, kitchen ~ all 10 plus! If you are a group looking to spend a quiet and wonderful week on the lake this house is perfect.

Magical winter escape to a cozy beautiful lake house near the mountains

Our family of eight spent school vacation week in a winter wonderland! We skied, went snowshoeing, ice fished and more just a stone’s throw from this lovely renovated lake house! We loved the views! The well-stocked kitchen was fabulous! The bedrooms were super comfortable! We loved the generous open space to just hang out! And, the owners went the extra mile to ensure that we had everything we needed and enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. We hope to go back again and highly recommend this five-star property to others!

Festive Family Christmas Getaway

Owner decorated the house for Christmas. She was articulate about the house rule and warmly inviting. The inside of the house was recently renovated and appointed. We were pleased to spend the week together in a thoughtfully arranged home with the rental basics and many added details. We recommend it to you.
