We had a wonderful 5 day stay at this property and were very pleased. More than enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids! Love the close walk to the boardwalk and beach. It was quiet and very family friendly, the neighbors were all wonderful during our stay. The apartment had everything we could have needed and more, no issues. We would definitely come back again and stay here!

Thank you for letting us stay at your place. It was very family friendly with big dining room table . The frig wasn't really cold so we turned it up, then it was fine. We liked the garage and the balcony too.

I would prefer not to have to remove the recycling. The Oak Street dump is only open during the week day and only until midafternoon. I thought wildwood had recycling pick up just as they do with the trash pick up.Other than the recycling requirement our stay was fantastic.

Wildwood Weekend

Christophers property was very nice. It was very clean upon arrival and convenient to the boardwalk and amenities that Wildwood offers. He was very prompt and getting us the Dump certification as we were Creston so we could keep the property as we found it. We would definitely rent off Christopher again in the future.

Overall the place is nice but I would have expected the place to be a little more clean and some furniture really needs to be changed. But other than that it was a nice stay.

Great !!

Great spot ! Nice and clean and good location. The garage access is very useful to store beach boggey, umbrellas, beach chairs etc.... The property is well equipped but there is some furnitures that are broken, but nothing to really worried about and I think this could be easily repaired. Like blinds in the living room or closet doors that are not always easy to use We were a little bit short of utensils for 7, so one more set will be nice but the dishwasher works perfectly :-). The host was very quick to answer if we have questions

Nice Stay

The property was very convenient to everything we needed. We appreciated the 4 bunk beds in the one room for my son and his friends. Is there were some beach chairs for us to use which we were very happy for. There was hand soap and there were sheets for the bunk beds which we were also happy to have. There were some spices like salt and pepper and Olive oil and honey that previous tenants probably left behind. I do wish there was a trash can for trash but we just took it to the blue bins across the street and drove our recycling to the dump. Thank you for the stay, which was for 5 days which is nice because we're too busy for a week stay.

PROS: Great location. Communication with host. Great layout of unit.Plenty of space.CONS: Lots of STEPS! Unit had not been cleaned when we arrived. Previous renters were very dirty. Sand on the kitchen table & throughout. We messaged Chris and he got someone to come. They didn't finish until after 7, but while we couldn't move in, we were able to sit in the AC and watch TV while she did a great job. This delayed getting started, making beds, etc.Despite the rough start, we had a great stay.We would stay again if not for the steps. My husband walks with a cane which made it a little difficult.Thanks Chris

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with how close the shops and the beach were to the unit. Some cons: 3 flights of stairs to the unit, with kids and luggage can get tiresome! The shower curtain linings in both bathrooms were moldy. The furniture/ ottomans in the living room were pretty worn and dirty. This was my 1st time renting on Vrbo and was completely unaware that linens are not a basic necessity that would be provided. Instead we had to head to walmart, after a 3 hr drive, to setup our rooms. Extremely inconvenient, especially when traveling with small children. Lesson learned the hard way! :/ If the host would send a courtesy message with this information and ample time that would have helped immensely! Once the curtain linings are changed and furniture is given a deep clean I'd say this unit has the potential to be a 5 star stay.

Thanks for leaving a response. But please note. Sheets are not mentioned as being supplied and a message was sent a week prior to your stay stating you needed to bring sheets. And we had a back and forth conversation about it. Which seems like ample time. The couches have a protective cover on them. And the ottoman has some stains on it. I’m sorry this was a learning experience but your review seems a little harsh and misleading. You did leave the place clean and we appreciate that. Take care

The property was in major disrepair and was dirty upon arrival and throughout our stay. Stained carpets, broken/unsafe bunk beds (owner did send a repair person), sticky/sandy floors, MAJOR DUST everywhere, and the refridgerator wasn't cooling as it should based on the thermometer in the refridgerator (didn't report this as we didn't have much other than drinks).The pics online show a nicely maintained (and clean!) condo....it was NOT the case, unfortunately.I will say, the host was easy to work with and communicated very well....I think the listing needs to be updated to reflect the actual condition of the condo.

Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. But seems your expectations are unmeetable. This renter asked for a pet stay after booked. We accommodated to not lose the rentable week. Stated multiple times wanted to reassure me they are renters also etc etc etc. The morning after Check in. Sends a list of complaints including a broken bed, dust on top of ceiling fan, sticky floors. I personally go there, and met with a very unfriendly couple who also points out the top of the fridge is dusty. I fix the bed ( the foot board was kicked out...) I wiped the fan and top of fridge to oblige. I cleaned the floors again with a swifter, she protested, asking me to not do that. Stated there was a gaterade bottle on the window sill. I checked didn't see one. Asked if there was anything else I can do, and I was no. No mention of refrigerator was mentioned. (Also the refrigerator works fine, in fact I had it serviced a week before) the stains are the carpet were not mentioned (the only room with carpet is the kids room). I was at the property the day before their check in showing the unit to someone else, And I can garuntee the bed was not broken. The only way to "break the bed" is slam your foot into it or throw your bag against it. Not to mention, when I was there repairing for their complaint, the house was in disarray. I couldn't even see the floor in the "stained carpet" room, I actually had to push clothes with the door to enter. Fishing line and hooks, my bikes just thrown on the ground.

Summer in Wildwood

The owner provides excellent communication while not being bothersome. The property met most of our needs but could use some updates/repairs. Being that this property is a rental, I can understand that not all tenants would respectfully keep it in excellent condition. The property is located close enough to the beach for adults but a bit far for kiddos after a long day on the beach. The shared garage was a great feature for our group as we were in Wildwood for the Jeep event and could park inside, allowing us to keep the tops off overnight. Thank you for sharing your property with us and another great summer vacation in Wildwood!
