Surf Shack ist ein neu hinzugekommenes Ferienhaus, das von Holiday Beach Development gebaut wurde und im September 2020 fertig sein wird! Dieses Traumhaus wird 7 Schlafzimmer und 7 Bäder sein. Dieses Haus am Strand verfügt auch über einen privaten Pool, einen Aufenthaltsraum und einen Theaterraum.

Surf Shack erfordert einen Mindestaufenthalt von 7 Nächten für alle Reservierungen.  Während der folgenden Daten halten wir uns an die folgenden Reservierungsdaten.

2020:
Sommer: 30. Mai - 14. August (Samstag - Samstag)

Gehen Sie im ersten Stock zur Strandseite des Hauses und finden Sie eine große gepflasterte Terrasse. Direkt neben der Terrasse wird dieses Haus auch über einen privaten Pool verfügen.

Reisen Sie in den zweiten Stock, um zwei Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und miteinander verbundenen Bädern zu finden. Ebenfalls auf dieser Etage befindet sich ein zusätzliches halbes Badezimmer mit einem großen Wohnbereich, an den sich das Esszimmer anschließt. Auf dieser Etage finden Sie auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe.

Wenn Sie in den dritten Stock gehen, haben Sie drei weitere Schlafzimmer. Auf der Meerseite befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und einem angrenzenden Badezimmer. Abgesehen von diesem Badezimmer finden Sie einen Hobbyraum. Diese Etage verfügt auch über eine Königin über Königin Koje, die vier Personen bietet. Auf der Nordseite des Hauses befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und einem angrenzenden Badezimmer. 

In diesem schönen Haus im vierten Stock steckt noch mehr. Wenn Sie die Stufen hinaufgehen, betreten Sie einen offenen Loft-Bereich, der in einen großen Doppelschlafraum mit acht Betten und einem angrenzenden Badezimmer führt. Auf dieser Etage befindet sich auch eine große Master-Kingsize-Suite mit Sitzecke und angeschlossenem Badezimmer.

Overall great stay. Not much amenities provided (lacking garbage bags, toilet paper, etc), but place was clean and beautiful location along the beach. Pool was not heated when we arrived as requested but eventually it was fixed during our stay. We enjoyed our family Christmas here.

Distance to beach could not be better. We have stayed at a lot of houses over the years and all of us agreed that this was the best. One thing outside of the norm we kept saying was how cool the house stayed… comfortable sleeping, even on the top floors.

Just what we needed

We experienced a sudden death of a family member 4 months before our stay and this trip was so good for us. We were able to enjoy time together in this beautiful house and enjoy the amenities. The entire group enjoyed every aspect of our stay. This time together was an answer to prayer.

The best stay! Will definitely be back

We had an amazing stay here during fall break. 8 adults + 8 kids (ages 1-6) and it was surprisingly more spacious than expected. Every family got 2 bedrooms so we never felt cramped. We did have to get a thing or two fixed but it was promptly fixed. Communication was 10/10. You can’t beat having a private pool right on the beach. We will definitely be back again!!

Great location! Beautiful house!

Location and the house were great. Being a superhost myself, I wish the company would provide more than 1 dishwasher pod, 1 laundry detergent pod, 1 roll of paper towels for a house that costs over $10k for a week. They were upfront about it in their contract, but little details matter too so the place doesn’t have the same feel as privately operated VRBO. Other than that nice place! Had a nice time.

Enjoyable stay, with a few issues

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. We did have a few issues that were communicated to the property managers but never resolved. The mini-split AC units on the first floor did not work, and the lights in the pool did not work. Management ensured us the issues would be fixed, but they were never repaired during our 7 day stay.

Very Nice House

House was really nice. Awesome views! Decorated really cute, plenty of beds and space for all 26 people. Loved how the basement had things for teenagers to do, and each floor had its own balcony, lots of bathrooms, I could go on and on about all the good things. The only thing that was challenging was the charcoal pit was on the basement floor and we did all of our cooking on the main floor where the kitchen is. There wasn't anything to cook on on the main balcony. Thankfully a friend brought his Blackstone and that is what we used all week long. To cook for 26 people the stovetop in the kitchen was not enough and we like to cook outside. Plus the small charcoal pit on the basement floor would have been way to small to cook on for such a large group of people. Great place, but I would definitely suggest a large Blackstone be added to the amenities for future guests.

TV choice big disappointment

Cannot believe we could not get network stations on the television. Almost missed the Georgia/Alabama SEC Championship game on CBS. Fortunately we have kids who were able to hot wire into TV and hack into CBS on a laptop. Fought with the TV choices all week.

Property was AMAZING! There were a few problems though. The garage door was off track. After several calls, it was still broken a week later when we checked out. CLEANING: We had to clean the kitchen and a couple of bathrooms again. I've never seen so much blond and light brown hair. The utensil drawers were dirty with crumbs and hair. My bathroom was not clean, especially the floor (dust, hair, baby spiders which I had to spray). My cousin lost his glasses. We looked under the sectional in living room and found crumbs, cookies, sandwich ends, tissues, etc. People pay too much for this property to have such very, very, very cheap supplies. Only 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 roll of toilet paper (should have at least 2 rolls in each bathroom) and dish soap. There were no dish cloths in kitchen which was unusual to us. We have rented property in other locations that were cheaper and had better supplies and clean. Has the owner ever thought about an elavator/lift? Our group range in age 50-70 and had a little trouble with all the stairs. Overall, we had good stay and enjoyed the property. The decor was done well!

Surf Shack

We had a wonderful beach vacation with friends for a 40th birthday. It was so much fun to have the beach at a finger tips, so many games to choose from and a pool if you want to soak in it. Everything worked well in the house and it was so nice that almost every room had their own bathroom.

Good location

This is a great beach house with great views, looks like was recently built. The top bedroom was awesome. There were few things that needed to some attention, in one of the bathrooms the shower was leaking. There were two sets of Washer and dryer and one of the dryers weren't working. There were no batteries in some of the remotes. But overall its a great beach house.

Perfect Week

There was 14 ladies for this amazing trip. It was a much needed business/vacation for all of us. The house is amazing. We all had our own bed and many had their own bathroom. The house is decorated with very nice quality furniture and fabrics. The kitchen had everything we needed. Even pretty good knives and pots and pans. I was impressed. The view each day and evening was spectacular. Everyone of us wants to return to this house next year. The location was great. Everything we needed from a nearby Publix to great restaurants were within a few miles. I highly recommend this house and rental company.
