Apartment in perfect condition, fully renovated and well equipped. It includes tableware and a dining table for 8 people, offering spacious and comfortable areas.

From the terrace, you can enjoy a spectacular sea view, equipped with a lounge and outdoor dining area. The open-concept kitchen harmoniously integrates with the TV room and terrace.

On the same floor, there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One is equipped with a king-size bed (200 x 200 cm) and the other with a queen-size bed (155 x 190 cm).

The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and features a large King Size bed (200 x 200 cm), a TV, and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi. All the mentioned rooms are equipped with air conditioning and spacious wardrobes.

The fourth bedroom has two twin-size beds (100 x 190 cm), nightstands, storage furniture, and a floor fan, but no air conditioning. It is an ideal space for a child, teenager, or young adult.

For greater clarity regarding the location, this duplex apartment is located on the second floor of the building, which means it occupies both the second and third levels.

The residence offers a pool, lounge chairs, a small and well-maintained tropical garden, as well as parking.

Additional Information,

Included in the rental fee: Wi-Fi internet, cleaning upon check-in and check-out. Washing machine available for your personal laundry and household linen (towels, kitchen cloths, etc.). Gardener and pool maintenance included.

For stays of less than 8 nights, no mid-stay cleaning is included. For stays of 8 nights or more, one cleaning per week is offered during your stay, with a sheet change, but no towel change.

Additional conditions,

- Electricity consumption not included: The meter will be checked upon your arrival and departure. Only the kilowatt consumption will be charged, based on the current local rate (14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD per kW), and payment is collected in cash upon check-out.

- Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the villa is well maintained, a team of 2 to 3 people will carry out a quick inspection of the property, including bedding, utensils, and appliances. Any lost or damaged items will be charged in cash at check-out. Our goal is to keep the property in perfect condition for the well-being of all our guests.

It is prohibited to bring speakers and play loud music. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.
