Hi there, Thanks for staying with us at Hidden Beach 219. We do not show that you reported anything out of the ordinary during your stay via text, phone call, nor email. We would have loved to resolve any issues during your stay had we been given the opportunity; remember, we are always here to help! We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service when given the chance. As it relates to trashcans, there are trashbags in each unit in the kitchen, however trash is taken to the dumpster on trash days. We will share that feedback about the ice machine with the proper team. Since we hosted you last summer, we have completely revamped our housekeeping and inspection teams and have seen significant, positive changes in both the cleaning and presentation of our units. Our inspection team is to complete an inventory before the spring break of 2023 to ensure all of our properties are well stocked on general supplies, especially in the kitchens. For the price of these units and the location - it is truly hard to beat!
