Perfect location with a king sized bed.

Very nice and beach is just across 30A with easy access. It was a little loud on the balcony but that’s to be expected directly on 30A. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved the location and size of the unit. The king size bed looked very inviting but it slept horribly. I would definitely stay in the same area again.

Grand Isle 304

We have been coming to Seagrove Beach multiple times yearly for 25 years and have enjoyed so many of rental properties. This is the first time in decades it was just my husband and myself. This location was a perfect place for the two of us. We had a couple minor issues, one with the TV service and the other with the microwave but a great guy came out the next morning each time and fixed the problems immediately. Added bonus to be right upstairs from the Perfect Pig!

For my 50th birthday, two years ago, my best friend and I rented this condo to celebrate. I love staying here. The location is great and the beach is just across the street. This time I had two teenagers with me for their spring break. The only problem we had was the television is bedroom did not work. But I called on a Sunday morning to the management company and someone brought out a different television that worked. They are so easy to work with. We had a wonderful stay again this time.

The condo was nice and a great location. The door lock would not work several times leaving us locked out of the condo. Had to wait for maintenance on one occasion to jimmy the door open. Kitchen supplies/utensils need to be addressed. Televison's were old and only had basic cable. Furniture drawers would come all the way out, could use updating. The Perfect Pig downstairs was really nice. Would stay again.

Stay at Motel Nightmare

Limited kitchen stock, and towels. The patio door, dishwasher and two stove burners did not work. Unit was dirty and requires updates. Swing chair was nice. Beach chairs are old and rusty so bring your own! There was blood stains on the pull out sofa. Overall a poor stay.

The dishwasher did not work on arrival and we had to clean the dishes left in it. Maintenance came looked at it but never came back to fix it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this condo before heading to PCB for the rest of the winter. Very mixed feelings about this unit. Very comfortable, loved the porch, good access to the beach. This condo could use a deep clean, larger Smart TV, and the kitchen is very underwhelming if you are a cook, which I am. Guessing most people that rent this unit don't care about these things because they are only there for a week and on vacation!

Great location, faulty room

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location but the lock on door did not work. Benchmark sent someone to let us in and even replaced the lock but still did not work! We had to leave our door unlocked all weekend to ensure we could get in and not have to wait for them to send someone to unlock the door. Also, the dishwasher did not work. When I turned it on upon departure soap and foam covered the entire kitchen floor!

Fabulous Stay at Grand Isle

Reviewer Comments: We were three ladies enjoying a quick weekend get-away in this lovely area.Condo is exactly as pictured, and has a very homely feel to it. Very clean and although we didn’t cook while there, the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. We brought our own Keurig as the condo has a standard coffee maker.Bed and sofa were comfortable to sleep on. I had brought my blowup mattress just in case, but it was not needed.Patio furniture could use an update as well as the provided beach chairs.We called the beach service for Majestica - Southwinds Beach Service. It would have been nice if the name of the service had been provided by Benchmark, but the person we spoke with did not know and directed us to two services who do not service that stretch of the beach. The private beach access is a huge plus in this area and is a very short walk.Old Florida Fish house is a 3-4 min car ride, and is one of my absolute favorite places to eat down here. It has complementary valet parking.I have rented through Benchmark before and will definitely use them again. We had an amazing trip and would stay in this condo again.

Everything was very clean. The view was great. The only negatives were the pullout couch was not comfortable with a bar in my back. Maybe they could have a mattress topper rolled up in the closet for anybody that has to sleep on the pullout couch? Also, the noise volume from the road was more than I expected. Otherwise, things were great.

So no college football, no NFL football, no MLB playoff games. Mediacom was supposed to come on Monday (we arrived on Fri for one week stay), then rescheduled to Wed., & then rescheduled again to Monday after we left. Had to use internet from a condo nearby whose wi-fi password I just happened to know from a previous stay.Benchmark - don't advertise cable & internet until you have confirmed that all is operational!

When dealing with third-party vendors, such as the internet company, appointment scheduling is beyond our control. Benchmark does everything we can to solve any issues that may arise during your stay. We do not, however, guarantee internet connectivity due to service being provided by an outside vendor, restrictions from personal computers, or other factors that may lead to interruption of internet service. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Benchmark should never advertise this property as sleeping 4 persons. The pull out couch was absolutely horrible, you felt nothing but springs in your back. Some of the linens/blankets were not clean. I will never stay in this place again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really good time! Great location and the beach was perfect! We will definitely stay there again . The cleaning crew does need to clean master bathroom around vanity a little better but overall unit was great!
