Cute little spot close to the beach

It was cute and in the perfect location to walk to the beach. Only thing was we wish we had the internet password, it was not written down in the condo anywhere or in the emails.

Overall great stay, we had fun!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The condo could use some updating, new couch, paint, etc. Wi-Fi was excellent but tvs and remotes could use an upgrade. Loved the location and we had a great time.

Overall an adequate stay.

The unit itself was fine. The bunk beds will only accommodate small children. Parking for the disabled was a big issue. Garrett Realty was difficult to deal with and I will avoid units they manage in the future.

I think it needs some more comfortable chairs on the terrace and to clean the terrace floor more. Also some pots for cooking. The pool is very dark and needs more lighting outside and inside. Otherwise, everything is fine if you plan to go to the beach and don't want to cook. This apartment works because it has some places where you can have breakfast, drink coffee and walk around the area.

Spacious and clean but STINGY management company

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, my experience at Beachwood Villas was good. The room (fit for 4 people) was clean and spacious, and the property was quiet. However, be aware that regardless of the room size or amount of people in your party, management will only provide ONE roll of toilet paper. We had to interrupt our vacation to buy a $5 single roll of toilet paper. Such a silly thing to skimp on and left a bad taste in my mouth, considering we paid over $500 for our stay.

Budget friendly and close proximity to everything

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the price it was well worth it. Were there things that could have been better? Sure but it was definitely a “get what you pay for” type of rental. The good: pretty much at the beach access so you’re not hauling all your beach gear a good ways, conveniently located next to Tom Thumb so walking over to get your morning coffee and a sausage biscuit was nice, a good area for kids to play off the patio, kids loved the bunk beds, bed was comfortable. The bad: very very minimal kitchen items compared to other properties I have stayed in (a 3 small pots, 3 skillets, no baking sheet, no big pots so I wouldn’t go with the mindset of cooking many meals), it’s says there’s internet and gives login information but it didn’t work, not a smart tv so you’re stuck with basic cable, couldn’t find the remote to the bedroom tv, couch is a little firm. All in all it was worth the money.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Beachwood Villas for 2 weeks (9-10-23 thru 9-24-23) in unit 4C Impressions: Pros-good location near the beach-ice maker worked well. The bed was comfortable. Cons-it was not clean-filthy floor, filthy rig. I wire white socks for 30 minutes and they were black on the bottom. The patio furniture was too dirty to sit on-I scrubbed with bleach to clean one chair. Water pressure was pitiful. Kitchen wasn’t adequately stocked-there was no spatula! The furniture was filthy and worn out. The toilet seat should have been replaced 5 years ago. I could not believe the private beach signs-so immoral!

Beachwood villas 4C 2024 vacation

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seagrove Beach is gorgeous. It has been for the past 35 years I’ve been visiting. The condo we rented was not clean. The sliding door would not lock. The porch was not clean as well and the furniture was filthy. There were two by fours leaning up against the wall on the porch for some reason. The bathroom became infested with ants the third evening we were there. Nothing was done about that until two days later. The pots and pans were unusable as they were Teflon and all scratched and dirty. The furniture in the living room and dining room was so small and stiff and uncomfortable. The TVs were nice. The bed was nice. I’ve stayed at Beechwood villas many times because it’s a beautiful place and I’ve never had a condo be such a problem.

Nice location old propert

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Smelled like mold quite a bit. But otherwise clean and convenient. Used to crash at night was out at 7am and back in at 9pm

Fun time in Seagrove

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Seagrove and Seaside. The unit we rented served our needs and was just the right size and in a great location for us.The living room fan/light and toaster didn’t work and the bed spread had a little dirt and ashes on it when we arrived. Nothing to upset our stay. Everything else was clean and functioned properly.

4C Beachwood Villas

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at BWV for almost 10 years and love the property. This unit was a little disappointing as it was not very well equipped in the kitchen and the living room sectional was broken. I know this isn't a huge deal, but the remote to the TV in the bedroom was broken as well with no cover for the batteries. Location was great, loved that it was on the first floor too!. Cute condo, but could use a little love.

A beautiful area to stay

The unit was clean and suited our needs, though the toaster didn’t work correctly and the couch could stand to be replaced. The outdoor grounds were well kept among the condo property.

Not what I expected

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I understand that each unit is privately owned and furnished; however, the furnishings in this until were VERY uncomfortable. The bed was awful as was the couch. There was no where comfortable to sit in the condo. The condo could also use a good cleaning. The baseboards were filthy and if you walked across the floor with no shoes on - your feet ended up black on the bottoms. I mentioned this when we went by the office, and they gave what I feel like was an excuse. They said after a season, the floors need a deep clean. Floors that are that dirty need better regular cleaning. The condo is in a great location - right across the street from the beach access. There are great restaurants in the area and the beaches are lovely.The condo has a great layout and is perfect for a couple or a family with small children as there are bunks in the living room. I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and the overall discomfort of the unit.

You are correct, the unit is in a lovely location with shops and restaurants within proximity and easy access to the beach. We regret hearing that this was your experience and want to let you know it is never our intention to disappoint any of our guests. We know that this does not change your experience, but a recent deep clean was done on this unit. A deep clean is usually scheduled after the season due to the influx of bookings we get during the busy periods. Deep cleans can take several days to complete and are usually scheduled in advance. We work hard every day to provide our guests with a great vacation experience and are sorry we let you down with the cleaning of the unit.
