The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, essential cookware, and everything needed for convenient meals throughout your stay. Whether you're preparing breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoying dinner together after sunset, the open dining area comfortably seats eight guests and creates the perfect setup for shared meals and memorable moments.

BEDROOMS and COMFORT

This spacious condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with thoughtfully designed sleeping arrangements for families and groups. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, while Guest Room 1 offers a queen bed and private bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Guest Room 2 includes two twin beds, and the living room provides a full sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Each bedroom includes quality linens, extra pillows, and blackout shades designed for restful nights after beachside adventures.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Relax on your private oceanfront balcony and enjoy sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean along with the refreshing coastal breeze. Whether you're sipping morning coffee at sunrise or winding down after a day on the sand, the outdoor space offers a peaceful setting to enjoy the beauty of Cherry Grove Beach. GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

LINENS & TOWELS
The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
We do not provide a daily maid service.

A personal car or rental are recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. Super easy access to the beach right across the street!

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.

Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
This is not a party house.
Overflow Parking

Each property has a maximum number of vehicles that may be parked on-site. Please review the property's parking information prior to arrival and ensure your group does not exceed the allowed number of vehicles.
If your group requires parking for additional vehicles, overflow parking may be available at our office on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow parking must be arranged with our office in advance and is subject to availability.
A fee of $25 per vehicle, per night applies to all approved overflow parking. Vehicles parked in our overflow lot without prior authorization may be subject to towing at the owner's expense.
Please contact us before your arrival if you anticipate needing overflow parking so we can reserve a space for you.
