Comfort and Convenience: Each bedroom is well-appointed with ample pillows, bed linens, and room-darkening shades for a restful sleep. The Master and Guest 1 bedrooms each have their own private bathrooms.
Parking: Two dedicated parking spots are available, complete with parking passes left for your convenience.
Guests will have access to the entirety of the Home. We have a full staff available for any questions or issues during the stay. We try to have great communication with all of our Guests.
We do ask that our Guests be respectful and mindful of these neighbors. Parking is strictly for two vehicles.
This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must also be staying in the Condo.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
