A beautiful property, well stocked and a delightful place to stay in when the babies needed napping or the occasional rain. Close to the beach. Closer to the lagoon with walking trails. Would definitely recommend!

Home was very clean and well decorated. We had everything we needed to relax, and accommodate our fur babies. Nice trail in location for morning and evening walks. Walkable to the beach, nearby shops and restaurants. Delicious ice cream parlor down the street. We also enjoyed the pool a couple of days, and took advantage of the charcoal grill for some delicious steaks, while hanging out at the swing and picnic table, very relaxing! Will definitely stay again

Best beach vacation

Our family had not been to the beach in years so this was a long anticipated trip. It was a great place to get away. The pool was a lifesaver and the walk to the beach was not bad either.

Would come back

Great place to stay as it was nice to have the covered parking, water hoses to wash things off from the beach, pool across from us, good setup for two families (two master bedrooms/baths) to be at this home, and slept 8 comfortably with a pullout couch to sleep 10. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice place

First time renting a house. Very enjoyable experience. Beach was a short walk we had a wagon that made it easier. Pool was steps away and great!!! Will stay here again

Loved our stay.

Loved the location. Private and quiet yet close to the beach. Loved the bedroom suites - perfect for visiting guests. Friendly neighborhood. Walking trail a plus. Only thing that would have made it better was if the pool would have been heated. Our stay was January & February.

Beach Memories

This comfortable, clean and cute home was perfect for my family. The beach was just a short walk away and the house was cool and welcoming, waiting for us each evening. Memories were made and can be saved for years to come.

Family Vacation

We decided to have a family vacation and the southern vacation rentals provided a clean and welcoming place to stay. There was enough room for 6 adults and a two year old. The house was close enough to town but far enough away that we could quickly go to the store or dinner and avoid excessive traffic. The location to the beach was good too. Just a 2 min walk.

Retirement - Family & Friends Gathering

We had a great stay, from the house to the beach. Everything was pretty close to perfect. Only a couple of minor issues with kitchen towels (as there was only 1), a cutting board that needed replacing and a few more coffee cups would have been nice. Other than that everything was great!

Texas and Tennessee family

Great property and great location. Coffee maker did not work and within an hour property manager brought a new one. Enclosed den-porch was a bit too hot in the heat of summer especially to sleep.

Great Space in a Great Location

We had planned to stay much longer but family demands changed it two weeks. Plenty of open space and comfy bedrooms. The cul-de-sac felt private yet accessible to the main street. Covered parking was great and so were all the placement of the lights inside and out. Our weather was off season and colder than we would have liked. The lower level was drafty, probably due to the pylons and very cold weather. We are planning to try again in 2026.
