Yes, they really are Queen sized beds. Only one block from world famous Waikiki Beach! Condo suite is located on the 8th floor and has a beautiful view of the mountains, Ala Wai Golf Course, and Canal. 807-2 features cherry cabinets, modern counter tops, and tile flooring throughout!

Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen which includes a refrigerator, range, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and other kitchen wares. There is an island with seating for four people. Tile flooring throughout the condo - clean and hygienic.

Convenient sleeping arrangements include two queen-sized bed in the bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The bathroom is sleek and modern with cherry cabinets and a vessel sink. Good value; somewhat aged (built in 1979) but we knew that going in. Everything was clean and comfortable; easy one-block walk to a great beach.

Awesome Trip

The property was clean with plenty of towels and trash bags. Silverware and plates were plenty of us to use. Excellent location. 2 minutes walk from Waikiki. Easy access to the beach.

Wonderful place to stay in Waikiki

This condo worked really well for our family. Kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable and they provided a pack-and-play for our little one. Bonus point: tv is secured to the furniture so the kids couldn’t knock it over playing. Close to the beach, easy parking with the parking tag provided, LOTS of towels. It really covered all the basics for a family vacation. Thank you!

No blanekts when I arrived. Took them 2 days to get me a blanket. Here on business, i was informed a full size ironing board would be present, what I found was a table top ironing board with a broken leg. They would not bring me a full size ironing board, the existing one was useless. The clothes rack for drying had a broken leg and could not be use. There were no ice cube trays, I bought some and left them in the freezer. The top of the refrigerator was covered in dust. The fan in the room did not oscilate, probably becasue the vents were covered in an inch of dust. I just checked out, I want to check my bags at the front desk, the front desk informed me since this is a VRBO, they will not check my bags. My flight is in 8 hours, where am I suppose to store my bags for a few hours? Nothing was stated on the VRBO site that said the hotel would not check my bags. I found the hotel employee at the front desk extremely rude. He was busy texting on his phone and obviously did not want to be bothered. I stayed here a year ago with VRBO and was able to check my bags no problem. I have another business trip planned here in the spring, I will not be staying at this place ever again.

Disappointed room for family

We are a family of 6 and rented with this room specifically for the kitchen, however the microwave was out or order when we checked in. Despite several calls with property manager the microwave was still broken when we checked out. The on call property manager was rude and unprofessional, he even hanged up on us. I won’t recommend this for family if you are looking for a valued stay in Hawaii.

Already explained to reservation office (contact them for further details; NOT me why I expect compensation for the incredible inconvenience of NO WIFI . No TV is a notable bother also I am disputing and contesting the charge until a offer of compensation is made that comes CLOSE TO THE PISSED/OFFNESS of no WIFI during a major construction project.

Clean room, nice location, but BEDS ARE NOT QUEEN as stated in ad!

The positives of this condo are that it is an easy 2 block walk to the beach and is close to great eating and shopping. The room was clean, but the HUGE problem for my family is that the ad claimed the beds were queen size but the 2 main beds were only double beds! My husband and I can NOT sleep comfortable in a double bed and so I purposely chose this one because it said the beds were queen size! The couch bed was a queen, but the frame was so bad and tipped every time you layed on it so we had to take the sad, slim futon mattress off and put it in the floor! Then, we had to "make" another bed out of the couch and chair cushions for another one of us to sleep on the floor since the double beds were too small for 2 people! Our other complaint is that this is a 36 story condo complex and though they have a nice pool, they honestly have 2 SMALL hot tubs that fit only 5 people each for the whole complex! We went and tried to fit 6 slim adults in one and the bubbles went off because the water rose too high! One person had to get out and sit on the edge in order for the bubbles to work and it to not overflow! If the beds had actually been queen size as they advertised, we would have been pretty satisfied with our stay, but that was a BIG problem for us and it was false advertising!! Shame on you!

Aloha David: I am sorry that you did not like the beds in your condo. Unfortunately, I did confirm that the beds were queen sized. In the photos you will see that only the two small end tables fit in the room with just a little room to spare between the bed and the closet. In an ideal situations, it would have kings, but that is not an option for us in the Waikiki Banyan. I hope you have a great fourth of July weekend. We wish you the best. Mahalo

Great Location and parking

It had free parking and was in a great location. Down side the whole time we were there the pool and hot tub were not open plus there was absolutely no cleaning service which I did not mind but it would of been nice if the basics like bathroom tissue or garbage bags were replenished when needed or at least an extra roll or bag left in the condo. The cleaning personal that were in the hallways did not and would not help as they said they were with a different company. The AC and pull out coach was pretty old, pretty uncomfortable. The view was great from the balcony. Despite some of the short comings we didn't let it bother us and made the best of our vacation.
