Nestled perfectly on the Hamilton Branch inlet to Lake Almanor, this home boasts an ideal location. The allure of the branch captivated me from the moment I laid eyes on this property. The mesmerizing view and soothing sound of the creek sold me on the spot; I barely needed to explore the rest of the house.

Situated at the North end of the East Shore, near the Country Club golf course and Bailey Creek golf course on the peninsula, this home offers tranquility and convenience. Listen to the gentle cascade of the creek from the deck, with the occasional passing train adding to the charm.

Step inside to find a recently remodeled interior, complete with warm flooring that enhances the ambiance. From the living room, step out onto the spacious deck and savor your morning coffee surrounded by towering pine trees. This place truly feels like your home away from home.

The enchanting sight and soothing sound of the river stand out as one of the top features of this home. Nestled in a serene setting, the tranquility and peacefulness of this property are truly remarkable. Just a few steps from the house, guests have the opportunity to catch dinner, with some sharing exhilarating tales of casting and catching fish in record time. This exclusive trail is accessible only to our guests.

Out on the deck, a fire pit table provides a cozy spot for guests to enjoy the outdoors and unwind. Additionally, a comfortable swing, which easily converts into a daybed, allows guests to soak in the sights and sounds of the creek, accompanied by the occasional passing train.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with modern amenities, including a 4-burner electric stove, convection oven, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, wet bar, and a variety of small appliances such as a waffle maker, coffee pot, toaster, variety of spices for your cooking needs and built-in blender/food processor. Guests will find an array of cookware, dishes, baking tools, wine glasses, and more for their culinary needs.

For those who prefer a good night's sleep, three of the bedrooms feature room-darkening curtains, ensuring a restful slumber.

In the game room, a fireplace insert keeps the whole house warm and cozy, with detailed operating instructions conveniently posted by the mantle. Wood and kindling are readily available just outside the front door, along with a metal receptacle for hot coals. Guests can adjust the propane heat using the Google thermostat to their desired temperature.
