Unsere Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen Dachboden, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Vollbad. Es liegt günstig neben allen Annehmlichkeiten des Resorts, darunter ein beheizter Pool, ein Whirlpool und ein Fitnesscenter.

Sie sind sicher, die Rocky Mountain Atmosphäre zu fühlen, wenn Sie in dieser rustikalen Wohnung bleiben. Es ist ideal für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Verfügt über ein Queensize-Blockbett, einen Flachbild-TV und einen Blu-ray-Player im Erdgeschoss. Im Loft im Obergeschoss befinden sich 2 Einzelbetten, die auch mit einem TV ausgestattet sind. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über Herd / Backofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler. Esstisch mit Stühlen. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination. Während Ihres Aufenthalts in der Main Lodge wohnen Sie in der Nähe der NEUEN Pools, des Whirlpools und des Fitnesscenters. Die Kinder werden den Spielplatz lieben!

Es gibt auch einen Winter-Ski-Shuttle, der um 9:05 Uhr abfährt und um 16:05 Uhr vom Fegefeuer zurückkehrt.

Stornierungsbedingungen: Eine Zahlung von 300 $ ist zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung erforderlich. Diese Zahlung in Höhe von 300 USD wird auf den Gesamtbetrag angerechnet und ist nur innerhalb von 72 Stunden nach der Buchung erstattbar. Wenn Sie innerhalb von 45 Tagen nach der Buchung anreisen, muss der Gesamtbetrag zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung bezahlt werden. Bei Stornierungen oder Änderungen, die zu einem verkürzten Aufenthalt führen und innerhalb von fünfundvierzig (45) Tagen vor dem Ankunftsdatum erfolgen, verfällt der gesamte Buchungsbetrag, während Stornierungen, die mehr als fünfundvierzig (45) Tage vor Ihrer Ankunft erfolgen, verfallen Die Zahlung in Höhe von 300 USD zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung. Review

It was available and inexpensive, but it was easy to see why. The location is excellent, very quiet, cafes near by. But it was very warm on the 5th floor and I had to use fans to circulate the cool air and climb a small ladder to open a vent window in the loft. The main room is so small you have to watch TV from the bed. There are no comfortable chairs and updating. The kitchen is tiny. It’s a loft, cramped but inexpensive.

Clean, cozy condo with great location!

My husband and I stayed with our 2 young kids for 6 nights over spring break. The location is great. The condo was very clean with beautiful views. My kids loved the 2 heated pools and the hot tub. Purgatory had the most friendly and helpful staff we have ever visited.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice accommodations overall, but could use a little work...dishwasher did not function, just beeped when you tried to start a cycle. I think the space in hallway with accordion doors is supposed to be a closet, but no rod for hanging anything is present. refrigerator not hooked up to water, so ice maker and water dispenser not functioning. Did not use oven/range, so can't comment on that. The place is nice, but just needs a little maintenance and small upgrades.

It was our first time staying in the lodge so it was a fun experience. Was definitely nice to just walk down to the pool and hot tub! As for the unit itself it was as advertised. New bed pillows are an absolute NECESSITY however. They are flat and hard as a rock. Never had to stuff a pillowcase with my down jacket before. Other than that it’s a nice economical little rental.

The unit 506 itself was a bit outdated (if that matters to you). The a/c and dishwasher were both out of order which we didn't know beforehand. The dishwasher wasn't an issue, but a/c being out made our stay in mid-July nearly unbearable. The owner must've known bc there were several fans throughout the unit which were virtually useless to the left where the children would've slept if it hadn't been an oven up there. They preferred to sleep on the couch downstairs. The kitchen has minimal items, so if you plan to cook all week pack accordingly. We purchased plastic plates/bowls/knives/spoons, etc. along with coffee filters(coffee), paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, toiletries, etc. As a family of 4 only 2 of us were able to use the pool once and one of us used the gym once due to the need for reservations (COVID). The reservations were generally booked when we called & they wouldn't allow guests to call more than 48 hours in advance. That was disappointing. Laundry was at end of the hall...I'm not sure how expensive bc we didn't need it. The carpeting in the unit was coming up and tacs were exposed. My child stepped on one the first day before we realized the issue. We threw a rug over it for the remainder of the week bc we couldn't fix it. We left a note for housekeeping. Overall the vacation was lovely. We'd return to a different unit with a working a/c during the summer. The area is gorgeous with plenty to do in Durango and surrounding towns. We loved the white water rafting, kayaking/canoeing at Purgatory, mini golfing in Durango, Pagosa Springs, Telluride, and spotting wildlife such as deer and bears. We also rode the Durango-Silverton train and visited a local gold mine tour. The kids really enjoyed Colorado.

Great place

Great resort property. Lots of amenities. We stayed during a rather warm summer with my two small kids and planned to use the upstairs loft area. It was incredibly hot up there. We had the AC on the entire day plus fans and it wouldn’t cool the loft until the very early morning hours and that was probably only to high 70’s. The rest of the room was nice and cool. During other months it’s probably not a problem. Overall we enjoyed staying at this location!

Part of the rental agreement required starting a load of towels in the washer and a load of dishes in the dishwasher the day of departure. There was no washer and dryer in the condo (there where connections but no appliances) and the dishwasher had a sign on it saying it was broken not to use. The cover for the AC unit was laying in the floor when we arrived and the buttons to control it where nearly impossible to push. The AC unit would stop working numerous times a day and it soaked the carpet around the unit. These maintenance issues need to be addressed and when mentioned to the desk I was told they would make note of it. The location was beautiful and there is a lot to do in the area. Overall we had a good time and would stay there again tho perhaps a different unit. They handled the COVID situation well. The unit was clean and I have recommended it to friends

Great apartment, cleaning could have been better

The layout of this apartment was perfect for our family of four. It also had everything we needed to self-cater. Our only complaint is around the cleaning of the apartment prior to arrival. The dishwasher was still full with unclean dishes and other items all had to be washed before we used them. We would definitely stay there again if the cleaning was improved.

Beautiful High End Property!

This condo was great! Slept 3 adults comfortably. Loved the full kitchen. The views from our window were breath taking, and the property was very high end. Loved the pool/spa/workout areas. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Tamarron review

This was a great property! We did enjoy our stay, but there were a few things that need improvement. The shuttle was advertised to run throughout our stay, but it only ran once in the morning at 8:30am with reservation and once at 4:30pm from Purgatory. This was too long of a time span for little ones. Also, we were only able to use the indoor pool once during our 3 day stay. The reservations were totally booked up the entire time and and never even got to try the outdoor pool and hot tub at all. The room was amazing, but the sink did not drain well in the bathroom and there was hardly any water pressure in the shower. However, we loved the location, the spacious room, all the beds and the VIEWS!!

The over all stay was nice and property was clean. Only complaint is that the lights in the kitchen did not work. This made it difficult to enjoy games and visiting at the table. Thank you

Photos Misleading but overall better than average

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Photos made the condo appear larger than what it was. Part of the rental agreement required starting a load of towels in the washer and a load of dishes in the dishwasher the day of departure. There was no washer and dryer in the condo (there where connections but no appliances) and the dishwasher had a sign on it saying it was broken not to use. The cover for the AC unit was laying in the floor when we arrived and the buttons to control it where nearly impossible to push. The AC unit would stop working numerous times a day and it soaked the carpet around the unit. These maintenance issues need to be addressed and when mentioned to the desk I was told they would make note of it. The location was beautiful and there is a lot to do in the area. Overall we had a good time and would stay there again tho perhaps a different unit. They handled the COVID situation well. The unit was clean and I have recommended it to friends

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice accommodations overall, but could use a little work...dishwasher did not function, just beeped when you tried to start a cycle. I think the space in hallway with accordion doors is supposed to be a closet, but no rod for hanging anything is present. refrigerator not hooked up to water, so ice maker and water dispenser not functioning. Did not use oven/range, so can't comment on that. The place is nice, but just needs a little maintenance and small upgrades.
