Twin Pines ist eine abgelegene Berghütte auf Bills Island für 6-8 Personen. Eingebettet in die Kiefern für ein Gefühl der Abgeschiedenheit. Diese Kabine hat einen gemütlichen Grundriss mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und ein tragbares Einzelbett, das andere Zimmer hat 1 französisches Bett und 1 Einzelbett. Bills Island Subdivision verfügt über 3 verschiedene Community-Bootsrampen, auf denen Sie Ihr Boot oder Wasserfahrzeug für einen sommerlichen Spaß einsetzen können. Cabin was cozy but most importantly it was clean. There were all the dishes and pans you needed to cook in the cabin. It was a great layout. The kids enjoyed having their own room upstairs. We didn’t realize until right before we left one of the kids could have pulled out the couch to sleep and wouldn’t have had to share the double bed. There was enough parking for our two trucks and utility trailers for our side by sides. It was perfect for 7 of us. 4 adults and 3 kids. The kids also enjoyed having the games available to play. Quiet place to stay.

Great cabin out of the way

This cabin was located in a gated community. There were probably 100 homes on this island surrounded by Island Park Lake but the property was tucked away and very private. The cabin was as described and clean and had everything we needed for the weeks stay. Check in was super easy and We appreciated the quick response when we had a question on Sunday evening. We'll be back!

Disappointed

I was given the wrong address to the property. Property is VERY secluded with no internet/GPS (until you get onto WiFi inside the cabin). We arrived at night and had to drive around for an hour. There is a security gate I was not told about, so, We could not enter property without calling Management Company whom didn’t answer at first. We had to sit on a dirt road and not knowing where to go after a very long drive. Due to minimum cell phone connection, took about an hour to contact rental company. Coffee pot filter was molded. Trash Left under the beds. “Yard” was not mowed. Hot Water heater “tripped” numerous times and we had to take cold showers most of the time. Advertisement failed to mention there is NO A/C and property had no fans. We had to buy fans to keep cool. For the cost of the stay, was definitely not worth it.

Great Place to Stay Near Yellowstone

Bill’s Island was quiet and cabin was what we expected. It was worth the 30-40ish minute drive to the west entrance of YNP. Communication with the property management company was quick. We even were able to get kayaks delivered to the gate & kayak around the island a bit! Very nice area & would recommend.

Property good, check in not so much

Property well maintained and as described. Check in process was challenging as the service sent instructions to a different property which confused the process. This is a known problem with their system, which they explained after the fact. Frustrating after a long day of travel.

Charming cabin

What a great little cabin! It was so charming and cozy and perfect for our family of three. We came for a long weekend for some end of summer fun. We visited Yellowstone, only about a 40 min drive, fished and hiked. We weren’t able to find beach access from the island (we didn’t look that hard) but found a great little spot by Cafe Sabor just about 10 min down the road. The cabin was serene and inviting and we made lots of great memories. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed and the appliances worked great. (We didn’t try the washer/dryer.) We wanted to have a fire but it never got quite cool enough- I guess we’ll have to come back! I’m sure it’s so magical in the wintertime! The only thing that would made it more perfect is if we could have brought our fur babies…
