Michelle Knowing our guests enjoyed themselves while staying at our home is the most rewarding, we constantly try to add more comfort to the house, ie: our outdoor shower was installed this year for that purpose. I thank you for letting me know you liked it, come back again Best Regards Giti

Dear Jean: I am so sorry you encountered difficulty in staying in our house most of which was out of my control and out of human control, unfortunately we had pouring rain one whole week just before your arrival, and as I mentioned to you over the phone, the windows needed to be opened to air the house,,,,the unattended plants harmful to children that you mentioned are the growth that no one has permission to touch because they are protected by the conservatory wet land department and can not be cut, touched or altered even though it is on our private property, although the grass had been mowed before your arrival& the chipped paint on the railing of the side door is a normal occurrence when the house is that close to salt water, thank you for the picture, it seems the paint had been washed away more than May 2026 when I was there last,,the railing had been painted last season & will be painted again after this season , the outdoor shower gets wet& dusty because it is outdoor. I am sorry you did not like our rustic decoration look designed by an interior designer inside the house,,,I am sorry you could not log in to our WIFI when you arrived till my son pointed out your error in logging in to you over the phone close to midnight that night & again I am sorry you could not find the towels while looking for them inside the wrong closet, and you could not find the beach towels because you did not read the info saying that we do not provide it, I am sorry you could not find the blender in the kitchen, so I bought a new one& had it delivered to you the next day, I will take care of any issues that are within my control to ensure my guest’s safety and satisfaction, I also know that there will always be somebody who can not be happy no matter what I do but I will keep trying.
