Coastal Utilities will be conducting a drainage project starting the week of September 14th through December of 2026.
The contractor will be working in sections throughout the parking lot and behind the building. Materials will be staged along each side of the parking lot in Phase 2 while the project is underway and in a designated area on the grass near one of the work areas. This timeline will include repaving the entire Phase 2 parking lot once the drainage portion of the project has been completed.

Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July through October 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas.
