Diese Wohnung im Erdgeschoss befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand in Seamist (was Sand und Surf) Condominuims. Der zugewiesene Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor Ihrer Terrasse. Der Strand ist etwa 200 Meter entfernt über eine hölzerne Promenade.
Nach einem Tag am Strand können Sie sich auf der Veranda bei einem Cocktail entspannen und die Meeresbrise genießen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Stadt und ist der perfekte Ort für den Urlaub Ihrer Familie.

Wonderful Staying!!!

Love the fact that the boardwalk was walking distance..very accessible to the beach.and the swimming pool just in the back of our condo...too bad our staying was in the winter time.

This is a cozy little condo close to the beach. The kitchen is perfect and the full size washer and dryer were an awesome nice touch! Great place for the price!

Has everything you need to cook...roomy and perfect for a couple, towels were great. We had to dust the fan ourselves but past that everything was clean

Perfect getaway - would use again

Great location close to shopping as well as beach. Very cute & clean! Host was great. We were set to arrive around 12:30 am, she had no problem with that & met me for check in. She was very responsive & helpful with questions through the whole reservation process.

Birthday weekend

The place was cute and just the size we needed. The location was great and easy to find. The accommodations worked perfectly the three of us. The only issue was the place did smell of smoke and there was no air freshener to make it better. The smell irritated are allergies.

We apologize there was a smell that was not pleasing and will address it with the housekeepers. Nice small place with everything you need

Small place with a large bed, and a pull out couch. Kitchen has everything you need. Theres a washer and dryer, which is a must. Has a good sized pool for when you have enough of the waves. We will be back!

Great place!

Wonderful place! Corner unit was very nicely done with everything you need. Having a washer & dryer was also great. Size of unit was perfect. Location fabulous as in town and within easy quick walking distance to the beach. Our favorite things were dolphin watching at Roberts Point Park, walking on the beach and coffee at Coffee Waves. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We cannot wait to return and hope the Little Grass Shack is available again!

Roomy Condo

This property was roomy enough for our family of four to spread out and store our gear nicely out of our way. Loved having a pool out the back door and the boardwalk to the beach out the front. Vehicular access to beach was also very close. Having a washing machine and dryer on a beach vacation is a must & that made a big difference. We can’t wait to return to this property next time!

Comfortable and Enjoyable

Awesome, comfortable, relaxing,cool environment. Was so relaxing I didn't want to leave the place. I didn't want to go to the beach or go fishing. Enjoyed watching TV. Everything was provided at this condo. Loved it.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. The boardwalk is a 3-5 minute walk away depending on how fast you walk. The Map on the website shows the exact location of the Seamist Condos and the pic of the boardwalk is the exact picture of the boardwalk. We don't see how that can be deceiving. So sorry you felt that way.

Relaxing

Very Cozy and Clean. I loved sitting on front porch and listening to the waves at the Beach. We ended up having to leave 2 days earlier because my Husband was having medical issues. But, we will be back and will try to get this same unit.

4th of July in Port A

Clean, nice little condo that was great for two adults and 1 grandkid. It was pretty quiet as well. Everything was in working order and well maintained. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Pool was a nice size and not crowded the afternoons we used it. We did not use the boardwalk, but could see it from the front door of the condo. Mattress on the king size bed was a bit uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great beach access and nice neighborhood. Not super fancy but we spent all our time on the beach. The dish washer was packed when we got there and we didn’t have any paper towels left for us. (Usually do) check out was easy I’d like to see a complimentary dish soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent Overall very happy

Good and Bad

Good- proximity to the beach, fully stocked kitchen, full size appliances and. W/D Bad- immediate smell of smoke upon arrival in the condo, mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom , very loud neighbors “partying” which was not what we had hoped for with a family friendly condo.

We also love the location and proximity to the beach! ;-) The building is non smoking inside, however smoking is allowed outside. Your visit was over the Spring Break time frame and while we try to remain family friendly in our rentals, unfortunately, we cannot control who the neighbors rent to. The drop down ceiling tile in the bathroom has been replaced. We welcome your family back next time you visit Port Aransas!

A good stay

We stayed July 2021 with 2 adults and a toddler. It was a reasonable price and just the amount of space for us. We were able to cook in the kitchen. Just need to bring your own paper towels, dish soap, and sponge. Also toilet paper because they provide 1 roll. The bed was very comfy and roomy being King Size. The front and back doors were very convenient. Parking spot located directly in front of door made it very easy and convenient to access vehicle. We loved the boardwalk to the beach. A quick walk past a few homes and then a walk over the boardwalk. Overall it was great for the price!
