Thank you for your feedback! 🌴 We’re glad you enjoyed the pool, ocean view, and the beautiful walk and bike path along the beach. Hope to host you again soon!

Thank you so much for such a lovely review! We’re thrilled to hear you had a wonderful time and enjoyed those sunrise views from bed — it really is something special 🌅 We’re glad the kitchenette and storage worked well for your month-long stay, and that the complimentary valet parking made things even easier. It’s also great to hear you enjoyed the beach, the bar, and those pineapple cocktails — a vacation must! 🍍🍹 Thank you as well for your kind words about our responsiveness. It truly means a lot. We’d be delighted to welcome you back next January!

Thank you for your kind words! We’re so glad you enjoyed the beautiful beach views, spacious room, and smooth check-in. We appreciate your understanding about valet parking—it can get busy at peak times, but we’re happy you still found it convenient

Thank you so much for this beautiful and vivid feedback! We absolutely love your advice—opening the blinds really is a moment, and we’re so glad the view made such a lasting impression. It truly is something special and hard to capture in photos alone. We appreciate you also mentioning the windows and valet timing, as this helps future guests plan ahead. The building can get busy at times, especially with valet service, and your tip is very helpful. We’re also glad to hear that any minor sounds didn’t affect your comfort and that overall you had such a memorable stay. We’d be delighted to host you again anytime! Warm regards,

Hi Jeannette, Thanks for the review! It was great hosting you and I hope you'll contact us for your next stay in Miami Beach!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. We take comments about the condition of the unit very seriously. The apartment is inspected regularly, but we will follow up with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to address the items you mentioned, including the drawers, baseboards, and tile. Regarding accessibility, we understand how important this is, especially when traveling with a stroller. The building’s layout is fixed, but we will make sure this is more clearly communicated so future guests can plan accordingly. As for the early check-in, we apologize for the delay in communication and any confusion caused. Your request was approved as soon as we were able to confirm availability, but we understand the timing created inconvenience given your plans. Please note that if you did not make use of the early check-in, we will be happy to review and refund that charge. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use your feedback to improve moving forward.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry about the clogged tub, but I was not informed of this issue during your stay. I am getting the bathtub repaired by a professional plumber this week. Regarding the A/C, the thermostat is by the entrance and you can change the temperature or even turn it off if necessary.

I am sorry you had an issue with the elevators upon your departure. There are 4 elevators for the condo and they do run 24h/day. I have checked with the condo and they were all in service so I do not understand why you had to use the stairs but I apologize for the inconvenience.
