Das Haus befindet sich in der Wohnanlage Surf Pines in günstiger Lage zwischen Astoria und Seaside. Der Zugang zum Strand ist nur einen Block entfernt sowie ein Gemeinschaftspark in der Nähe. Tolle Nachbarschaft, um einen Spaziergang zu machen. Häufiges Auftreten von Hirschen, Elchen und Weißkopfseeadlern. Der Cullaby Lake befindet sich in der Nähe, wo Sie angeln, wandern, picknicken und Vögel beobachten können.
Wenn Sie mit dem Auto zum Strand gelangen möchten, befindet sich der Zugang nördlich von Surf Pines am Ende des Sunset Beach.

Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und ein Familienzimmer mit großem Fernseher. Die Küche ist schön ausgestattet und der einzigartige Esstisch bietet Platz für 8 Personen. 3 Schlafzimmer (ein Kingsize-Bett und drei Queensize-Betten) und 3 Bäder. Obergeschoss Höhle mit Smart-TV und geschlossene Veranda mit Meerblick. Viele Bereiche zum Ausbreiten, Lesen eines Buches, Fernsehen oder Spielen. Ideal für mehrere Familien oder Freunde, um zusammenzukommen.

Selbsteinchecken mit Schließfach. Gäste müssen mindestens 25 Jahre alt sein.

Pro Clatsop County: maximale Belegung von 11 Personen, einschließlich Kinder und Gäste von Gästen. Ruhige Stunden sind von 22 bis 8 Uhr.

Everything was awesome again. Only problem was laundry room light out and couldn’t change light bulb. Specific type of light that you cannot just change. Has to be wired in. We love this house and would love to stay again next year if available. Carver Family

The house was perfect for what we wanted. We found it very clean. We spent most of our time at the dining table playing games. It had seating for eight for our party of seven. There was plenty of hot water for all of us. Even though there was enough cookware, plates and glasses. etc., we eat out for all our meals with the exception of snacking during playing games. Even though there was no air conditioning, with the windows open there was a nice breeze that circulated through the house making it very comfortable. We had a great time For your information, two outlets, one each in the master bath and the main bath do not work.

Great Location for a Beautiful beach

We loved our stay. The house and kitchen we're great. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. The short walk to a clean and beautiful sandy beach, miles from the crowds, was perfect for us.

Roomy Comfort with style!

I wish I had a...oh, there it is! So well and thoughtfully appointed. Fully supplied kitchen for all ranges of cooks. Spacious and with beautiful, artistic furnishings. Viewing room upstairs where you can a l m o s t see the ocean, but you can see a nearby park and a rather large backyard as well as watch a duck make a wonky landing in it. Several comfortable sitting areas. Windows that make the most of light! If you couldn't go outside, you would find so much to be happy with inside! If you do leave for excursions, you'll be happy to return to its comforts! This is a gem! The only deception was that it was a block to the beach. In one place it said the beach access was a block away. That was fairly accurate. But other summaries said a block TO the beach...and it is considerably more which makes a difference for 74-year-old knees!

Beautiful stay

It is the perfect house for a group. We had a group of 7. It is very spacious with a well stocked kitchen and 3 bathrooms, a beautiful interior and wide open outdoor space. The neighboring houses are generously spaced in a serene neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property, good location

The property was roomy, located centrally and QUIET! The only minus on the property was cleanliness. It appeared that the property had not been visited for a while, there was dust on items, the wood floors had dust balls and the master bath shower had some mold. Seen much worse though. Really enjoyed our stay and the morning walks to the beach.

Family time memories

The ocean is just down the trail and easy access. We had 4 generations of family this trip so a little bit of Great Grandma senior snoozes and also grandkids sand castles on the beach. House is well sized lots of areas to spread out and make memories.

Loved Our Stay in Warrenton!

We had a great experience at this property. We cooked a couple of meals and had all the necessary equipment. House was clean, beds were comfortable and the 7 of us fit comfortably in the space. It was wonderful having 3 bathrooms! I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone travelling to the area with a group. Thank you Jenn!

More then expected

I was pleasantly surprised at how much room the house had for my family. It was clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach was perfect and the owner made sure to give clear instructions on how to get there. We were close to everything but out of the hustle and bustle of Seaside. We had a very relaxing stay.

A spacious and quiet retreat at the coast

My family and I had a lovely stay here to celebrate my father's birthday. The house is spacious and the neighborhood is quiet. You can hear the ocean when the windows are open and it's short walk to the beach access trail. Negatives: While the house was clean, there were some corners and cabinets that needed attention. Getting into the house was slightly confusing because the owners did not tell us about the inner front door lock, which we eventually figured out on our own. Also note that the primary bedroom's bed frame and very firm mattress is extremely tall and thus not suitable for mobility-challenged folks like my parents; was even slightly difficult for myself, a tall person, to get into. (Parents were happy in one of the other bedrooms and left the tall bed to the younger generation.) Cushions for the outdoor furniture were put away, and when found, did not fit the chairs very well. The house is well-appointed with lots of interesting art, comfy furnishings, towels, sheets, dishes, cookware, etc. Everything you need for a getaway at the Oregon Coast, including the neighborhood deer who will walk right past the patio during breakfast.

Expect to be Surprised

It was everything that was expected as listed, the beach was nearby. It was 13 miles to Seaside and shops also other towns nearby. Zip lining was one of our family Highlights in Warrenton. When we walked in to the place there were spider webs touching our body in the entry way.. As far as taking your shoes off?? I will say, there was some issues with the cleanliness of the house. The overwhelming spiders webs. The floors were dirty as if not swept or vacuumed in a while. The carpet looked good for its time, but definitely needed a deep shampooing. There was a scent like an old house that lingered and that’s why I gave it an overall 4. I don’t understand how there was a cleaning fee? It would have been a great place if the house was kept up. I wasn’t going to complain. I normally don’t, but I do think this should be addressed for future guests.

Great stay!

Great place for our stay for a festival in Astoria. We were three couples and had plenty of room to spread out. So nice to have the three bathrooms. The upper floor had great views. We saw four deer wandering in the yard. The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
