Quick Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Big C Beach Retreat on a spontaneous getaway to the beach. A house with an elevator is a requirement for us senior citizens, so this house filled the bill!

We rented this property for our company fishing trip, and it was a great fit for our group. Although I didn't personally stay at the house, the feedback from our employees was very positive. They said the home was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything they needed for a relaxing stay. It sounds like everyone enjoyed their time there, and I would definitely keep this property in mind for future company trips. The only thing that I didn't realize when originally booking this house is that you have to physically go to an office to check in and get the address and key. I couldn't give the house guests an address until I got to the office to check in. I rented 4 houses this weekend and that was an extra task I was not expecting on check in day when trying to get 45 people settled in.

Amazing Stay

This property has plenty of space and house layout is perfect. Plenty of parking as we had a couple of side by sides, trailers and vehicles and did not run out of parking spaces. House was amazing and the views of the Gulf were perfect for early morning or late evening coffee.

Verbesserungswürdig: Kommunikation
I had messaged the host asking if the house had a couple of items I could t find listed and never received an answer. I had to call the leasing company. There are a couple of barstools that have something sharp on them and they cut a couple of people in our group. While I understand it is the beach and mosquitoes will be around, we were swarmed by 100’s every time we went downstairs to get in our car or on the golf cart. Management only suggested we call the county for spraying instead of spraying the property themselves.

Love crystal beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We will not rent through any other company but Cobb. We love the fact that check in is at noon and checkout is at 2:00 p.m. that’s almost an extra day considering what other companies require. We love the elevator in our rental because we need that accommodation. Beds are great, and now Cobb provides good sheets and towels as part of the rental fees. This is definitely our happy place!

Big C Retreat Treat!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summer 2022 was our third year at Big C! We will continue staying at Big C, as long as they have us!! We get all the little cousins together aging from 10-2 years old, everyone has a place to sleep and plenty of parking for our boat, side by side, golf cart, trucks, trailers and cars! The elevator makes it easy to load all our 10 days stay worth of groceries and bags! The Cobb team even mailed home my diamond earrings that I left in the bathroom drawer! This year we even took our boat from Bolivar Boat slip to Katie’s in Galveston, avoiding the ferry was a great way to have an outing without the wait! All the cousins look forward to our annual beach trip, we leave sun kissed and on a sugar high from all the stops at the ice cream truck! Can’t wait in next year!

Excellent Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful rental home with all the amenities you will need to enjoy a week on the beach. The house has four bedrooms for adults. This is quite a find because most houses have a room equipped for a child. Don't get me wrong there are plenty of room for children. It has a high chair and safety gates. This house is ideal for couples with young babies too. Two of the bedrooms have private secured screened in porches with comfortable seating. There is more than enough comfy furniture for all. And all the cooking utensils you will need to cook great meals. It is a good walk to the beach so you will want to rent a golf cart esp if you have small children. This is our 3rd year to rent this wonderful home.

Spring Break SPECTULAR

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to dine in. Spacious living room and clean bedrooms / bathrooms. Given the approaching social distancing that is now in affect....this week was just what our family needed and this house made it even more perfect. Thank you.
