Hi! Thank you for your comments. We are so pleased you enjoyed our place. I would like to take a moment and address your comments regarding the WIFI and lock. The WIFi password has been the same for the last 5 years and is case sensitive. As with all passwords they needs to be entered exactly as displayed by the end user. The instructions for the lock are downloaded directly from the user manual. I have double checked and the WIFI and lock are functioning correctly. Thank you!

Thank you for your comments. I feel your review is misleading and inaccurate. I would like to address your concerns to help others. The condo is numbered on the front door frame and the bear box at the driveway, plus the directions to access the condo are on the VRBO website. The cleaners check the gas grill after each renter and replace if empty. The website clearly states that the 3 bedrooms have queen beds, full and twins. Never has it it stated king beds. The condo has a Nest thermostat that can be controlled by manual turning the dial - it functions as most home thermostats do.

This was one of the most difficult guest experiences I've had. The guest reported that the internet wasn't working due to a provider outage that was outside of my control. I immediately offered to drive to the property to troubleshoot and do everything I could to help, but he declined my offer. Instead, he demanded a refund, which I provided in good faith. He also complained about seeing a bear near the property, which is a natural occurrence in the area and not something a host can control. In addition, coffee was spilled on the carpet during the stay, resulting in damage that required cleaning. Throughout the interaction, I felt pressured by repeated threats of a negative review unless I issued a refund. I always strive to resolve issues fairly and respond quickly to guest concerns, but I would not host this guest again and cannot recommend him to other hosts.
