Hosts were super responsive when we had AC issues. The spot is in a great location and was super clean. The building pool on the rooftop was amazing, we will definitely be back!

Hosts were wonderful and very responsive. The condo was very clean, well equipped. When a small problem was encountered, the host was very responsive and corrected the issue. The host was also kind enough to give me advanced warning of a possible delay in getting to the airport due to local protests which gave me advanced notice to get there early. An exceptional stay. Great location. Nice rooftop pool. The coubtertops look like marble in the pictures but are plastic and have wear and tear. Rooftop pool drinks overpriced, but you can bring your own alcohol and food if preferred.

Nice but needy.

Wonderful rooftop pool and service staff. Special call out to Rosa and Evander. They are excellent!!Condo was pleasant but lacked amenities. No towel hooks or racks in bathroom, poor lighting in bathroom. Need for non slip mats in shower and bath area. No ice maker in fridge. Not enough electrical outlets throughout. Lack of drawer and shelf space in closets.and no luggage racks provided

The rooftop is the cherry on top!

Wow. What a place. What a view! Rooftop pool and bar was incredible! And drinks are cheap. As for the unit itself. Awesome condo. Love the rainfall showers. Beds are super comfy. Love how you can open the windows and make the space completely open to the world. Whole building is super clean and feels brand new. down to the elevator even doesn't even feel like it's moving . It's Rightt in the heart of all the restaurants and amazing taco's everywhere! Also. Sneaky tip. There's a rooftop on the rooftop! Also, if u go as a couple single guys. Prepare to get hit on everywhere u go! Haha

Comfortable and Convenient

We (family of 4 with kids 9 and 7) stayed from March 21-27. We originally booked this unit and stayed there the first 4 nights. However, the AC had issues on night 3, and so we were moved to a different unit on the 5th floor for our 5th and 6th nights. We preferred the layout of the second unit, but both are wonderful units with very comfortable beds. The rooftop is great! It has an amazing infinity pool, a bar, two hot tubs, and lots of space for lounging. The location is also fantastic as it is very close to the beach and lots of restaurant's and taxis. The management and on-site staff are nice and helpful. There is 24/7 security in the building so you feel safe. You can hear the music from nearby bars / clubs at night in this unit. This did not bother us at all as we brought portable noise machines. We will definitely book again next time we are in Puerto Vallarta and want to stay in the Romantic Zone.

We had a great time in puerto Vallarta The building & apartment are really nice but I wished The host and more info about exactly where the building is at and that may not be a child friendly environment Because if the area that it is . Since We were traveling with 2 kids . I mentioned that to host but no resolution It has a great service & pool area is amazing Also just to comment that the apartment was described as 2 bedroom/ but it has sliding doors / open concept Which is inconvenient if your are traveling with kids or other people since doors don’t close all the way Also back sliding doors / glass windows don’t lock We pretty much slept with windows open Is fine if you are on the 3rd floor up maybe But not 2nd floor with houses in the back of the building I mentioned that to the host But she said there’s no key for the lock No other way to locking. But that it was secure. Also it gets really noise at night Since glass windows/ doors in the back are really thin & dont block noise at all Great place if you want to party Not family friendly

We have another building which for once is the most beautiful place in the bay of Puerto Vallarta for children, the building is called AVALON, I suggest you google it and you will be amazed. Beautiful Condo and Building - Perfect Location!

The condo is exactly as pictured! And, it is located in a perfect part of the Romantic Zone. Lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach are all within close walking distance. The property management company, the security guards, and the service staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooftop - the pool, the view, the hot tubs, the bar - are the BEST in Puerto Vallarta
