TV never worked and the elevators were all down for hours, we had to climb 12 flights of stairs at 80 years old.
Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten im September 2026
Antwort von VrboOwner am 6. Okt. 2026
Hi. Thank you for your review and comments. We are very sorry for the inconveniences during your stay. Circumstances pertaining to the building itself are out of the control of the rental management company. As far as the TVs, a message or phone call to the rental management company would have had someone go out to fix the issue with the TVs. You were offered to cancel with a full refund but took a discount instead.
