Ein Friends House ist ein sauberer, aktualisierter Raum mit Platz zum Ausbreiten und Wohlfühlen !! Offen und geräumig, ist es nur für Sie bereit, Ihre Schuhe auszuziehen und sich in seiner ungezwungenen Gemütlichkeit in einer sehr tropischen Umgebung zu entspannen. Perfekter Start in einen traumhaften Urlaub!

Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich lässig. Übergroße Stühle und Loveseats mit weißen Schonbezügen, eine komplett renovierte Küche, ein formelles Esszimmer mit einem Tisch im Distressed-Stil für 6 Personen.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über moderne Edelstahlgeräte, hellweiße Schränke, geschmackvolle Glas-U-Bahn-Fliesen und luxuriöse Quarz-Theken. Alles, was Sie sich in einer gut sortierten Küche vorstellen können. Ein brandneuer 55 Zoll Fernseher. Schlafen Sie in einer der beiden Queen-Matratzen (eine weiche und eine halbfeste) mit neuen Laken, tollen Kissen und leichten Bettdecken.

Die private Außenterrasse mit Bistrotisch und 4 Stühlen zwischen weitläufigen Weihnachtsbaumpalmen und riesigen Farnen lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Terrasse ist ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort, ideal zum Essen im Freien, zum Grillen, zum Lesen eines Romans oder um einen Cocktail oder Wein zu genießen. Der Raum ist nachts mit Edison-Glühbirnen beleuchtet! Die perfekte Art, sich nach einem ereignisreichen Tag am Strand zu entspannen. Wir haben auch Liegestühle und Kühler zum Mitnehmen. Haben wir schon erwähnt, dass wir nur ein paar Kilometer von den Golfstränden Bradenton, Coquina, Holmes Beach und Anna Maria entfernt sind?

Our Perfect Staycation

This house exceeded our expectations! We had plans on going exploring and of course wanted to hit the beaches but ended up never leaving the house. The games, pool and grill was enough for us. I would recommend this house to everyone!

Fantastic!

Its exactly what it looks like in the pics. Clean, well kept, nice pool, comfortable beds ect. Drive to the beach was quick. Kids liked it so much they wanted to always go back early from the beach trips to swim.

Coconut Dreams

We rented this property for one month and really enjoyed it! Excellent location; close to beaches, shopping, and parks. The pool was awesome as well as the entire back yard. Very beautiful. The house was well-equipped for anything you would need from cooking to beach chairs. We highly recommend it.

We had everything we needed

This property was perfect for our stay for our party of 7! The home was clean and well kept. Everything we needed was in the home. We enjoyed the pool after long days at the tournament we were in town for. We slept like babies on the super comfortable beds. Hosts were quick to answer all of my questions prior to arrival and made sure we checked in ok. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town!

Fantastic home!

Our family arrived for a very overdue family vacation and this place was perfect for us! Nightly swimming was enjoyed by my son and I! The place was spacious, very clean and well stocked! We would highly encourage anyone to stay here! Super quiet neighborhood, corn hold was fun to play, great to relax on the nice outdoor couches and close to Anna Maria island/grocery store and restaurants! Thank you!

Family vacation

Our stay was excellent! It far exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well equipped. Communications with owners was great. Pool and back yard were perfect for our family. We spent a lot of time out there. Layout worked wonderful for each family to have some private space. Check out was the easiest of any VRBO we have stayed at. Location is close everything we needed and wanted to do while there. We loved it and are hopeful for a return trip.

Perfect location and amenities for a family of 10. Spotless, organized, welcoming and had everything we needed. Pleasantly surprised to find a high chair, pack and play and stroller! Great location to beach and perfect for beach day then coming back to spend time at the pool. We will be back! Thank you!

John and I have been married since 2016. Our passions are real estate, traveling, and helping others learn about real estate and vacation rentals. My husband, John, who is originally from New York (been in Florida since 1994) has the brains in the family is an electrical engineer and entrepreneur. I am originally from Michigan, am a local realtor here in Sarasota and been here since 1999.

Our hobbies include fishing, scuba diving, traveling, skydiving and taking our dogs on the boat. When we do travel it has typically been to the Caribbean, but hoping to go over seas sometime soon.
