We needed a relaxing retreat from a very busy summer of work. This place was perfect! It was in an excellent location, the house was clean, the pool and hot tub were AMAZING and the communication with our host was super easy!! Amazing location if you wanna be minutes from AMI

We had a great stay. Spent 6 days on AMI, at different beaches and explored the island. Walked down and saw several manatees and several dolphins swimming together. The house is stocked with everything you need for the beach and to cook and relax with your family!

The place was clean, comfortable, and as described in the listing. Excellent communication from the host, who is responsive and accommodating. Our responsibilities were even less than expected as far as a "chores" list while we were there making our entire stay from check in to check out a breeze. Great location!

Great neighborhood! Close to AMI, groceries and things to do. House is very spacious and pool and patio were exactly what we were hoping for. So nice to have a large garage, lots of nice beach chairs and toys, and a washer and dryer. House needs a really good deep clean including patio, and beds and couch were not very comfortable. Overall, highly recommend. Property owner was great!

Great property and greatest host!!

We had the best experience, from the check in process to our whole stay. The house was immaculate, the decor, size and accommodations were perfect. We had 11 people and a pet, and it was amazingly comfortable. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay look no further. My pet is part of my family and finding a bowl there for her was icing in the cake! Host was communicative, accommodating and very sweet. Just like the pictures!!

My family and I enjoyed 4 nights on this property and had a great time. The pool is wonderful and the kids had so much fun! The owners are quick to respond with any questions we had and were very easy to work with. The only thing I wished was different was a little heads up for the pool cleaning service and lawn maintenance. It caught us by surprise but maybe I missed the posting or info. Besides that everything was great. Place is just like the pictures! Also location is convenient and close to everything we needed.

Great for family get togethers

The spacious living and dining area make it great for multi-family get together. The proximity to Ana Marie Island makes it easy to do quick getaways during the day to the various beaches. The host provided beach chairs and umbrellas which came in very handy.The pool and jacuzzi were also popular with our group. My only gripe is with the bunk bed sleeping arrangement. In order to fit 14 people in this house you would need 8 people to sleep in a single room where the bunk beds are. The bunk beds are not spacious enough for 2 adults to sleep in, and the room can get stuffy if there's 8 people sleeping in it. But besides that the home is great overall. The neighborhood is also very quiet.

On our listing, we have a limit of 10 adults in the house with a max of 14 which means the other additional 4 must be children. The bunk room is usually used for children. Perfect!!!

House was elegantly “beachy,” in a great neighborhood, central to everything you would need to stay. Beaches are minutes away, fabulous restaurants are nearby, close to grocery stores, and convenience stores, and anything else you would need. Neighborhood is peaceful, and quiet, and felt like home. The house is spacious, rooms are neat and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. The pool is great, there is a grill for your use, and the back patio will make you never want to leave the house! The hosts are amazing, and very accessible for any issues you may have, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! They also have beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids, and coolers for those beach days, so you won’t have to buy things you can’t take home which is HUGE in my book! 5 stars for sure!!!!

The host is super responsive but the Vrbo needs some cleaning up. The kids room bathroom was very poorly kept and though a cleaner was sent to clean it mid stay for us, she was unable to remove the mold stain on the shower. There is also ants in the corner and cockroaches that came out. Everything else was as expected for a rental, one of the rooms king size bed was sunken in and we discovered that slats were missing and the one that was there was fanned out and taped with painters tape. The trash was also full from the previous guests as well. I was not comfortable with the message stating that they would love a private feedback and not a public one at the end of the stay either.
This is a small one we saw. a large one in the bathroom scurried away.
All corners of the shower was stained with mildew mold that obviously been overlooked many stays and a giant ant nest

Thank you for your feedback as we strive to be available and proactive for all guests. Regarding the bathroom concern, we did send a professional cleaner during your stay as soon as it was reported. While surface stains were addressed, unfortunately, some discoloration from hard water or older fixtures can sometimes be mistaken for mold, despite being sanitary and cleaned thoroughly. As for the pests, this property undergoes routine professional pest control, but we understand that in tropical climates, occasional sightings can still occur. We’ve scheduled an additional service following your comments to ensure everything remains in top condition. Thank you for bringing the bed to my attention. Often guests break things and try to cover up or self repair and we don’t know about the damages unless someone points them out so we can order replacements. Lastly, our request for private feedback is a common hospitality practice—it allows us to resolve issues in teal tome. We’re committed to continuous improvement and take all feedback seriously, even when it may not fully reflect the reality of the experience.

Roomy house in nice area

The house had plenty of room, but! If you like hard beds this place is for you! The pool is nice, but the pool area should be cleaner. Ceilings fans on the patio were covered in dust and dirt. No garbage disposal. The Foosball table is fragile, we didn’t use because we were afraid we would break it. All you need if you have a 1-3 year old. Worked for us. Plenty of beds! Lots of stuff for the beach, a plus! Plenty of towels for the pool and beach. Best beach is a 5 mile drive, it was great. Owner was a fantastic communicator! Almost instant responses. Beds were too hard for us, we won’t be back.

Hi Mark, It was a pleasure hosting you and your family and I am glad you liked how close our house is to the beaches and how big and accommodating it was to your family. We do not list garbage disposal as an amenity on our listing so you are correct that we do not have that. I am very sorry you didn’t like how hard the mattresses you felt were. Even though we never had any complaints on how stiff the mattresses are and as you may know, it’s a very subjective opinion. We always go with what’s industry standards in all our offerings and periodically change our mattresses to keep them refreshed. We went ahead and ordered new mattresses sooner than normal and changed them to a softer selection and will continue to leave mattress toppers in the house to accommodate the different preferences of our guests. I wished that you reach out to us on any of the other issues you mentioned, however, like always, we take all guests input very seriously and have directed our cleaners and handymen to immediately fix all mentioned issues.
