Upstairs AC did not work, ceiling fans did not work, downstairs toilet needed 3-4 tries to flush properly. Chairs in the living room were stained. The property managers just not doing their job and being Christmas it wad hard to get things fixed but it should have been right in the first place.Owner did send a new standing fan to help and ceiling fan was sort of fixed after 4 days.

When we booked the condo, the map shows it is on the BEACH side of the street. However, upon arrival it is across the VERY busy street. To get to the beach, you have to walk down a very steep hill, under a bridge, through a hotel property's lobby and then you get to the beach. To go back, is a very steep hill which is not for the faint of heart. I would not have booked this condo if I knew that in the beginning. With two kids to make it to the beach was a haul. On a positive note, the condo was clean and everything except the fans worked.

The host was very quick to take care of things that came up.This trip was not a pleaser trip and was for health reasons. About the place, the bedrooms are great! The bathrooms are okay but the water flow was minimal.The kitchen needs a redo and needs new pots and pans.The disposal did not work.No exterior door handle on the patio door so we had to not close it all the way.We had to cut our trip short as my wife passed while there and the host was gracious enough to refund a part of our cost.Overall, I would come back under different circumstances.

Lovely comfortable stay

Really enjoyed staying here! The sofa and bed were both so comfortable. Gorgeous views. Easy to walk to the beach each day, about a 15-20 min walk. The only issue I would comment on is that the unit did not have a water filtration system so just be aware that you’ll need to buy bottled water for drinking. The community pool was wonderful.

Is a great place to stay, Stumbled into a pool party our second day there, live band and food. Condo well equipped with all the essentials for cooking. A great view. If you have any mobility issues i would suggest either Uber or taxis it is a bit of a walk to the bus stop. Great place

We usually stay at La Jolla on the other side of the highway, we needed to vacate our place for 6 days and found Eduardo's. The photos are mostly accurate but there is a new 50in big screen TV in the living room. There were 3 of us and thought it's more for 2 ppl. Perfect getaway

This condo is the perfect place for our 4 member family to get away from the Colorado winter. We went in August and returned for New Year. The fireworks from the balcony were incredible! The communication with the owners was fast and effective. Loved it al over again...

Perfect Views of the Sea of Cortez

We probably would have seen more of San Jose del Cabo but the view from the deck trumped driving to another destination. This condo is in a beautiful guarded community. Walking to wonderful restaurants each night was a pleasure. Our hosts were gracious and attentive to the maintenance needs we faced. We recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax in luxury and watch whales from the deck!

Wonderful Girls Getaway

Stayed here for a week with my mom and sister for a girls getaway. Eduardo and Elizabeth were excellent and VERY responsive with our questions. The condo came equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and views were outstanding. The only downside was the proximity to the Ocean, the condo is on a hill, so getting to the beach was easy, but getting home was a hike. Luckily, Ubers were easy to get and very affordable!

Beautiful views in a lovely condo!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this nicely decorated two bedroom condo. The owner and our property manager were very nice and helpful. The location couldn't be better, easy to get to everything. The condo had all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. The condo was very clean, and it is in a beautiful complex. It was very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the patio, enjoying the beautiful ocean view and breeze. We enjoyed walking in the quiet complex. We highly recommend this condo!

Great Condo with a Great View!

La Jolla is a beautiful neighborhood of condos and homes built into the San Jose hillside overlooking the ocean and the main highway that connects San Jose and Cabo. The condo is clean and well maintained. It has everything you need to make a great home away from home. You do want to rent a car to stay here so you can take advantage of all the experiences Los Cabos has to offer but if you didn't have one, there is certainly a beach and several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Be aware that the tv is internet only so remember to bring those passwords. LOL. And there is no safe so make arrangements to protect cash, passports, etc. It is a gated community where you need a pass to get in 24 hours a day so it's very safe but just a heads up. We are looking forward to our next trip...and we just got home last nite.

Well appointed apartment with a great sea view.

The condo is true to the description, situated in a safe well tended residential area. It is a short walk down external steps and along to the lovely heated infinity pool with great views over the bay. The apartment has a large open plan kitchen/ sitting room which opens on to a large terrace which also has excellent sea views. There is a comfortable double bedroom and bathroom on this level and a large second bedroom with double bed and bathroom on the mezzanine . Both rooms have comfy beds .with plenty of storage space.. The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge and we very much appreciated having a kettle. . Although the washing machine was not working whilst during our stay steps were being taken to sort out the repair. We did not have a car whilst there but Ubers to and from town were easy and reasonable (10-15 mins) Small supermarket 10 mins walk- large well stocked supermarket La Comer 25 min walk. Access to the beach is better by car as the hotels directly across the rd from the condo are not keen on you going through their buildings. The walk to the public access point takes about 15 mins part of it along the main rd. Eduardo was great to deal with from the point of booking onwards always responding promptly , allowing us to drop our bags at the property when we arrived from an early flight and offering lots of helpful tips for restaurants and beaches. Elizabeth the property manager was there to meet us and show us around and responsive to any questions in person or by text. She was able to recommend a local masseuse Berenice who came to the property and provided an excellent massage at a very reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay here very much and thoroughly recommend the apartment to other visitors.

El lugar muy bonito pero el apartamento muy mal un olor a cañería horrible desde un principio se pago por 5 personas cuando llegue al lugar me querían cobrar mås y sentí como una amenaza al decirme que de mi tarjeta de crédito me cobrarían $40 dlls diarios por la quita persona pero yo ya había pagado por 5 en la forma que la persona me habló no me gusto pero todo cambio mas tarde

Only few minutes to downtown of San Jose, about 20 minutes drive to Cabo San Lucas and Marina access. Excellent location 5 min from Chedraui Supermarket, La Comer, Starbucks, restaurants, etc.
