My opinion regarding what you mentioned is that I disagree with your comments, You made a visit to my house before your stay so that you could review everything in detail and, if anything was not to your liking, discuss it before your arrival, modify, or cancel the reservation. We agreed to the visit because I have nothing to hide. However, I don't think your comments are polite, since, unlike other reservations, Now, at the end of your stay, you're making comments that don't reflect well on me. By not mentioning anything, you're accepting the conditions of my property, which is perfectly functional. Unexpected issues and malfunctions in electrical equipment sometimes arise, which is normal with use. It doesn't mean there's a lack of maintenance, as the AC units were serviced two weeks before your arrival; in fact, a completely new unit was replaced. I can't predict when they're going to break down, The downstairs toilet works correctly; however, it's a toilet where you have to pull the knob down and hold it all the way down for 2 seconds for the water to flush completely and work properly. If you don't do this, the water flow is cut off and you obviously have to pull it down again. It was a matter of sensitivity.the days you arrived were holidays here in San José, and you know very well living here that people don't work because they're on vacation, and that makes it impossible to find professional staff on duty to perform urgent main
