Beautiful views!

We had an amazing stay! The views are amazing and the area is so cute! We went to both the gazebo and kitchen 5315, which are inside the complex, both are great little spots to eat. I saw so many sea turtles on the beach and snorkeling. Would recommend this place for anyone coming to Maui!

Comfortable, Beautiful Setting

This unit is nicely decorated, the bed was super comfortable and communication to ease arrival was very good. Perfect for a couple. We enjoyed our stay very much. We did some cooking and would have liked some hot pads/mitts but otherwise well supplied.

Excellent Unit in an Amazing Location

This was a great value given the proximity to the amazing Napili Beach plus great restaurants and snorkeling are all in the area. The interior and amenities were all very tasteful and well thought out. It had everything we needed for the beach and in the kitchen. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We would certainly return here!

Enjoyed the property, very close to beach. Only quibble would be kitchen needs some additional items such as spatula, salt shaker and corkscrew. Sure items get lost/taken over time. Overall great place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Very relaxing and low key. We loved our stay and would definitely stay at these condos again. The beach right out front is fantastic. Our only suggestion for G157 would be to adjust the air conditioning unit so that it doesn't make a loud hum every 30 seconds. We had to buy ear plugs to sleep. And to switch out the Teflon pots/pans.

Definitely would return

We had a great stay. It was as advertised. We’ve stayed at this complex before but never in a studio. There was plenty of storage and amenities. Ground floor made it seem more roomy too. Flowed to the outside. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable which is important to me on vacay. Also the large tv made it nice for watching movies at night Short drive to kaanapali and Lahaina for shopping and dinning . gazebo is great for breakfast but if you don’t want to wait in line the Seahouse restaurant 5 min walk is great too. Aloha - Due to the Lahaina Fire and the Hazard zone and the proximity this was not a tenable vacation rental. Please refund the amount paid as the owner has not been with us whatsoever. We understand that this may be due to the loss of their loved ones and we share our love and condolences. Aloha Mike, Napili Shores G157 is a brand new beautifully renovated, airy, ground floor, ocean view studio. The lanai walks right out to the lush lawn and gardens of the Resort. The condo is light and bright and features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, a private lanai, and upgrades throughout. The Resort is just steps away from world famous Napili Bay and a short distance away is Honokeana Cove and Kaanapali Beach both perfect for snorkeling, swimming and enjoying the beautiful white sand beaches of Maui. Our team strives to provide the Aloha Spirit throughout the entire guests process and all the home away from home feels to enhance your Maui vacation. We are surprised to receive a review regarding a stay that did not take place and that funds were not received for as we received a chargeback request from your credit card company. No communication was received prior to your arrival requesting a date change, cancellation request or assistance with a travel insurance claim. We wish you the best.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was perfect and completely as pictured. It was immaculate and had everything we needed to settle in and enjoy a week in paradise. The owner was clear about arrival/departure procedure and checked in upon our arrival and again mid week. The unit is situated in a very quiet area of the Napili Shores complex. We utilized the onsite restaurants, paddle board/beach umbrella rentals and laundry facility. Beach access was a little tricky during our stay (6/11/22) as the main path is being renovated but it should be finished soon and then access to beach will be easy. A fantastic property. Can't wait to go back!

Fabulous little gem in Napili

This little studio at Napili Shores made our recent visit to Maui such a memorable experience. It had everything we needed...kitchen, ground floor lanai, comfortable bed and most importantly, an ocean view and short walk to the beach. The studio was spotless and well appointed. We really appreciated having the Tommy Bahama beach chairs and cooler for our trips to the beach. Kitchen was also well quipped, however we didn't cook much as we usually ordered from the Gazebo restaurant which is literally a one minute walk away (order the Fried Rice Platter...it's legendary). The hosts from Epic Realty were also fantastic. We had a bit of an issue with the shower and it was taken care of right away. Their communication and kindness was very much appreciated. Do not hesitate to book this lovely studio. You won't be disappointed.

Great location on west side of Maui!

Great communication during check in ! Immediate response to questions! Located super close to the best summer snorkeling spots on Maui! 10 minutes from Honolua bay, 2 minute drive to Kapalua bay! Walking distance to Napili bay and Honokeana bay. One thing worth noting, the beach access to Napili bay is a bit of a challenge at the present time since the stairs to access the beach are under construction you either have to walk a few blocks over to the middle beach access point, or climb over some rocks and wade through a tide pool to get to Napili bay, most days we just drove 2 minutes over to Kapalua, if you go around 8:00 am no problem finding a parking spot, or if you go later in the day just drive really slow around the parking lot till one opens up. The condo was clean and well equipped for cooking, there was even a small bag of Maui coffee and a bag of pancake mix! View from the Lani was awesome! Make sure you eat at the Gazebo at least once, we went around 10:30 or 11:00 and only had to wait about 20 minutes to get in, we also ate at Kitchen 5315 right there on the property, good food reasonably priced.

Great location and hotel. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in did not provide housekeeping services at all during our 8 day stay. This should be disclosed initially, but was not. Again, beautiful location and room

Beautiful Getaway

The property is exactly as described. It is in a beautiful location, close to the ocean and 2 restaurants. The happy hour specials were a bonus. Clean, functional, and up to date amenities. Every night we walked to the beach and watched the sunset. You can see the ocean from the lanai and it is a great place to enjoy a meal and a drink. As an FYI, you really cannot check in prior to the time. I tried one min early and it wouldn't allow it. Definitely would stay there again!

Better than described!

The condo was even better in person than described. Everything was immaculate, check-in/check-out was easy, and we could hear and see the ocean from our private lanai. Napili Bay was just a short walk and we saw a green sea turtle our very first visit! The whales were active too and my kiddo enjoyed ringing the bell by the Gazebo Restaurant at each siting. Will definitely book again!
