Perfect Family Retreat

This property is a hidden oasis. It was a perfect place for our family to stay during our son's ASU graduation. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to all necessary amenities. The home is stocked with everything you need to cook with and to entertain with. The pool was awesome as well as the comforts of the backyard.

We stayed here for 8 days and it definitely felt like home away from our home. Its location is close to ASU and everything you could need, located in a quiet neighborhood. Our daughter basically lived in the pool, it’s much bigger than pictured. The house is fully stocked, we didn’t even need to contact the host because we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to book again for our next stay!

Perfect getaway in Phienix

Place is very nicely decorated, big back yard with pool and plenty of lounge chairs. Beds were very comfy, place was clean and easy check-in and check-out. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice home and convenient location

We enjoyed our stay - the home has a good layout, spacious rooms, well stocked kitchen, back yard is private and very nice! Beds were all comfortable with good linens and bathrooms were in good condition with ample towels. The one thing we didn't know from the description is that there is a skylight (with no shade) above the king size bed in the 2nd bedroom. A plus for some, but was an issue for us with sleeping in. Location is great, under 15 minutes drive to both Old Scottsdale and ASU campus, and we were able to rent bikes and ride directly from the house to multiple nice biking/walking trails. Quiet neighborhood, and we felt very safe. Definitely recommend.

July 4th Getaway

Great place to stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. Only one minor complaint from one bedroom, there is a skylight which prevented us from sleeping in. It also made the room warmer throughout the day. The house is conveniently located to freeways and grocery stores. The host was easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful get away

The house was lovely, very clean, and had all the amenities. The gazebo was perfect for morning, coffee or late night games and drinks. We spent most of our time at the pool. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Weekend Getaway!

This place was everything we could’ve imagined and then more! The house was extremely clean and looked exactly like the listing. It’s the cutest house- we all loved it and was the perfect place for our girls’ trip! It’s located in a great neighborhood and is only a short Uber away from all the Scottsdale excitement! Heather was extremely helpful and accommodating the entire weekend, and I would definitely book again!

Perfect house and location

The location was perfect to enjoy the spring training games and sights we went to see. We had 3 adult couples and there was plenty of room for us to enjoy the home and not feel cramped. The backyard was lovely and we shouted coffee on the patio every morning. Kitchen was well stocked, so were the bathrooms with towels and blow dryer. Everything goes well organized. We would definitely stay there again.

PERFECT LOCATION

Heather answered all of our questions and was kind and accessible. The house was very clean, the pool was cold and refreshing, and the outdoor area was a great place to decompress. The1st bedroom to the right has the most comfy bed and stayed the coolest, IMO. Lol. This home is literally in the perfect location! We were 7min from the airport, exactly 2hrs from Sedona, 30min from floating the Salt River, and there are numerous eateries close by. We loved The Montauk for brunch! I would highly recommend this home!

Short getaway

Clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked kitchen. Paid extra to heat pool but it still wasn’t warm enough to use!😞 We stayed 5 days in February and weather was chilly and it rained 2 of the days. Close proximity to local hiking trails. Wished I would’ve looked into the location a bit more. Quiet neighborhood but not the best location for daily walks.

The Larkspur house comes with all the amenities you could want to enjoy your time in Scottsdale and all the sunshine Arizona has to offer! Our recently remodeled backyard includes a large pool (with heating as an available option in the winter), covered gazebo, outdoor dining table, and yard area to enjoy the yard games that come with renting this property.

If you feel like staying indoors, the property is stocked with board games for all ages. The living room has enough seating for all your guests to comfortably enjoy a movie or sports game on the large flat screen television.

Whether you prefer grilling poolside or baking in the kitchen, the property comes with all your cooking essentials. Feel free to reach out prior to check in if there is a specific kitchen item you would like available during your stay.

We get many compliments on our comfy beds and soft sheets each bedroom comes stocked with. Spacious bedrooms with large closets allow guests to settle in during their stay.
