The condo we are renting is our first condo in the Flamingos Beach and Golf Condos. We love it so much here, it is our ‘home away from home’. In 2013 we had an opportunity to purchase the ground floor unit below us from our long term neighbor and we jumped at it. After one year of renovations we then starting renting our original unit searching solely for long term renters as this unit was set up as our home with all the conveniences and amenities we wanted to have. Current renters will be moving on next season and we are seeking the next set of snow birds to come and enjoy. We continue to maintain our original unit and keep up the standards no different than if we were still living in it.

When were first walked into the grounds of Flamingos we immediately fell in love. The view straight to the ocean and the beautifully maintained grounds, gardens and palm trees. The size of the property was very important to us as it was small compared to all other condos in the area. The other selling feature is this complex is Full Ownership, no time share, no fractional and the majority of renters are long term during the winter months. The grounds are beautifully kept and the security guards have been with us long term and take care of the property as if their own.

Our unit has all of the modern conveniences and upgrades one could ask for. Entering the unit you have keyless entry, which is great for quick in and out access. The vacation lock is programmed for your stay and your code is your code. Installed is a Phantom Screen door to allow additional light and breeze throughout the unit. Every room has their own air conditioner unit as well as remote controlled ceiling fans with dimmable lighting. The terrace has a new Weber propane bbq with cover as well as a patio set for four. On the terrace we also have installed two ceiling fans (same as inside the unit). A new 50” LED TV was purchased last season and comes complete with a blue tooth sound bar and sub. New dishes and linens purchased this season as well as a brand new dishwasher for the kitchen. Apartment size laundry in the unit but there is a laundry mat on site for a minimal fee.
