The location was great , closer to town then I thought but far away to have a great views of the night sky. Lake mary was a nice drive, the plenty of hot water and things to do.

My family of 5 stayed here for a quick weekend in Mammoth. We have 3 kids (ages 10-15) and it was a great space for all of us. Plenty of room for the kids in the upstairs bedroom.

Great Mammoth Cabin

Great cabin and accommodations. Wood burning fireplace was amazing. The only issue was the TV not allowing netflix to stream but other than that it was a comfy place to relax after a long day on the slopes.

Our staff are human of course, and so even if we hit 95%, that still leaves some issues from time to time for guests to contend with. If you have trouble during your stay, I encourage you to contact your VR manager while you are in the property, as they may well be prepared to handle your concerns. We have 18 full time staff members in our housekeeping, maintenance and guest services departments who we can call upon to resolve problems. Great time!

Great location and easy to walk to town. Clean and set up properly to accomodate number of guests and easy to reach out for help if needed. The garage space was extremely helpful as we had a massive storm.

Would absolutely stay here again!!

Not only is the condo the perfect size for a group, but it’s in a great location. It was super quiet, clean, and comfortable. The check in process was easy with the tablet, and we had zero issues during our stay. My teens thought the deer, fish, ducks and pheasants were so cool! The bonus was single-car garage parking. Thank you for a perfect vacation!!

Ski Trip

Had an awesome time at the condo! Location was close enough to the bus stop and a very short drive from eagle lodge which was nice. Really clean and well maintained and we have nothing negative to say! The check out instructions are a bit intense but it also definitely explains why the unit was in such great shape when we got there, would absolutely stay again!

Very nice condo. Liked that it had a garage. Kitchen had everything to make our stay complete. Tv in every room was a nice addition. Great central location. Table fan in downstairs bedroom didn’t work bu thankfully there was a floor fan. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful family get together

This condo was perfect for our needs - great location, easy access to gorgeous natural lakes and mountains, amazing kitchen supplies, comfortable & cozy. The only improvement to suggest would be to upgrade the mattresses on the twin beds. Otherwise, it was perfect and we loved staying there. Thank you so much.

Our staff are human of course, and so even if we hit 95%, that still leaves some issues from time to time for guests to contend with. Beds are one of those things that is VERY personal. Some people like beds more firm, some more soft. One guest will LOVE the beds, and the next might hate them. We do not get bed complaints often about any one property, if we did we would encourage the owner to replace the bed. Nonetheless, from time to time we have a guest/bed match that doesn't work. If that happens for you, PLEASE CALL US! We stock a variety of toppers to help you achieve restful sleep during your vacation. In the most extreme cases, we do keep extra mattresses in storage and may be able to swap out the mattress temporarily for your stay and then return the original after you depart. Clean townhouse, good location, quiet space. Decor was not my style. I was disappointed to not be able to sit on the deck as it was filled with firewood. Easy check in and check out.

Great set up

We enjoyed our stay and love the upstairs with separate bedroom and bathroom. It was comfy and clean. Wood stove was nice to have on a rainy day. Kitchen was well stocked. If I have to be picky, the lighting upstairs in the bedroom could be more bright.

Great vacation home

Beautiful views of the mountains and trees. The only thing I suggest is putting a caution slippery when wet sign out by the stairs. I took a fall and sprained my kneecap.

Megan Herbst has managed vacation rentals since 2005, with a personal touch and attention to detail that has enabled her to maintain long standing owner relationships and repeat guests season after season. Megan is directly involved in every aspect of daily operations and still personally confirms every reservation in an effort to better know her guests and to meet the needs of both guests and property owners. Aided by the loving support of her husband Jason, her goal is simple: to ensure a memorable and rewarding experience to every guest by offering the finest selection of luxury vacation rentals in Mammoth, with outstanding guest service to match.

My vacation rental company has been such a joy to own and manage. My true passion is to help people plan the perfect vacation. This isn't just a business I operate, I live and breathe the experience of my guests and owners every day. I thoroughly enjoy getting to know my clients and helping them customize their Mammoth vacation to their needs; from choosing the perfect property to recommending local activities, restaurants and shopping. While many of our guests hail from Southern California, we are proud to regularly cater to a truly global clientele, and understand the needs of today's cosmopolitan traveler. Megan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a strong background in hospitality management, sales, and marketing. In addition to operating a vacation rental company, Megan often advises other resort management companies as a consultant. Her husband Jason also holds a Bachelor's degree from UCSB in Film and Media Studies and has a background in real estate finance and transactions.
