## Emplacement
The 8th is the district of Paris where the Champs-Elysées are located, reputed to be the most beautiful avenue in the world. There is also the Palace of the same name (of the Élysée, therefore) which is the residence traditionally assigned to the French Head of State, as well as several embassies installed in sumptuous mansions.
